The posters of “Suspect” (용의자) look awesome. Gong Yoo appears passionate and looks invincible. Based on these posters, i bet this movie will be filled with the impressive action scenes.

On his up-coming movie “Suspect” (용의자), Gong Yoo portrays Ji Dong Chul, he is a former best special field agent of North Korea. His family are dead in China, and after his failed mission his country abandon him in South Korea.  One day due to his personal mission he is framed for murder. He must struggle all by himself for seeking the justice.

“Suspect” is ready for released on December 24th. Two years ago, Gong Yoo made a hit through “Crucible” that recorded 4.66 million viewer, i hope this year he can do better.

For officially released on November 6th, “Alumnus” (동창생) or “Commitment” (international title) unveiled the posters. Although only showing the main character, Myung Hun (TOP/Choi Seung Hyun), the posters are full of tension and gloomy. On this thriller movie, TOP is sparing his acting skill alongside with Yoon Je Moon, Jo Sung Ha, Han Ye Ri, and Kim Yoo Jung.

Myung Hun (TOP) is the North Korean Spy. During his duty in South Korea he disguises as a senior high school student. When his beloved little sister (played by Kim Yoo Jung) in danger, he must save her while his secret is possibility uncovered, and threatened his life.

Due to the BIFF moment, before officially released, TOP will attend the event to promote this movie and will be held the fans meeting. Before the fans meeting, TOP alongside with Kim Yoo Jung will come on the Opening Ceremony on October 3rd evening. Meanwhile, the trailer of this movie is also scheduled will be screening during the event.

This October “Marie Claire” is very generous. The magazine chose Gong Yoo as it’s cover story on Special Edition for The 18th Busan International Film Festival. BIFF will be held this early October for 9 days, this edition will reveal everything about the 18th BIFF.

Meanwhile, Gong Yoo appears sexy and cute with smooth  mustache  and charming smile. Besides the pictorial, Gong Yoo also sharse his thought, especially about his up-coming movie “Suspect”. In “Suspect” Gong Yoo plays as former North Korean special soldier, Ji Dong Cheol. As a fugitive he works as a hired driver in South Korea, but one day he’s framed. He’s accused as a killer. The conflicts go on as he is struggling to find justice.

Although in his up-coming drama, “Heirs”, Lee Min Ho appears light and cheerful, immediately on his next (possibly) project, Lee Min Ho will change those images through a noir movie project “Gangnam Blues”.

“Gangnam Blues” is a dark and serious movie which takes the setting on 1970’s at Gangnam, Seoul. This movie talks about dirty politic and social conspiracy. Hmmm..what a heavy story.

The representative said that Lee Min Ho is chosen because of his charisma…yeah…i also admit that after “City Hunter.” But actually until now Lee Min Ho hasn’t really decided whether he will lead this project, maybe he will still be very busy filming “Heirs” that will start airing on October 9th.

Finally Han Ji Min confirmed her role on up-coming movie “The King’s Wrath”. On this historical movie, she decided to take an antagonist role, Queen Jeongsun, the step grandmother of King Jeongjo (Hyun Bin). Her status might be as the grandmother, but her age just seven years older than her step-grandson.

Based on the history, Queen Jeongsun was an ambitious and powerful woman. She was the main political rival for her step-grandson. She created so many obstacles when King Jeongjo took the throne. She also contributed to the attempts to kill the king that ended up real death on that step-grandson.

Of course this project is a big challenge for her. This is the first time for Han Jin Min taking an antagonist role. And this movie will be so gloomy. Frankly, when i heard that she was offered the role for this movie last month, i thought she would become Hyun Bin’s spouse (I bet every actress wants to become Hyun Bin’s lover), but Han Ji Min decided to take the role as his enemy. I think made a good decision and hope she has chosen the right role. Anyway, she’s cool!

“The King’s Wrath” begins filming this September and is planned to be released in 2014.

Oh yeah..finally it’s confirmed. Hyun Bin chose sageuk movie as his post army project.  On his new movie ” The King’s Wrath” (역린)  he becomes the 22nd King of Joseon, Jeong Jo.

Besides being his first sageuk project, this is also a big challenge and heavy burden for him since he has to  portray the charismatic historical figure, King Jeong Jo. But this is Hyun Bin, we have no worry, he not only has perfect face and attitude,but also is his acting great. For me, I’m still really amazed with his acting as crazy young man in “I Am Happy” (2008), from that movie i finally admitted that he’s really great actor.

In “The King’s Wrath”, based on history,in Joseon Dynasty setting Hyun Bin will be playing as young King Jeong Jo, who struggles between  Noron and Soron battle.  This movie is planned to be released for 2014….ooooh..It means we must be more patient to see Hyun Bin on screen.

The Joseon Xena Ladies are ready for action this May. But before officially released “The Huntresses” revealed the character posters. Ha Ji Won as the leader appears charismatic in red, while Kang Ye Won looks playful and girly, and the youngest sister, Ga In being bold and cool.

Besides the team, Joo Sang Wook and Go Chang Suk will also appear. Joo Sang Wook becomes the mysterious swordsman, then for Go Chang Suk, as always i love this witty ajeossi.

Since this movie is the fusion sageuk, the outfits they wear are more complicated and full of modification from the original traditional outfit. And i think because of that, this movie becomes more interesting and unique, describing the traditional  thing through modern way.

“The Huntresses” becomes the most anticipated movie for May.

On March 8th, through his agency, Joo Won gives statement that he’s already signed up as lead character on up-coming movie project “Only You”.

So far, since his debut, Joo Won only has two movie project, he acted so brilliant and tense through thriller “Special Investigation Unit” alongside Uhm Tae Woong and horror movie “Don’t Click” which he paired with Park Bo Yeong. Then for this romantic comedy genre, Joo Won will appear as police officer who falls in love with a thief, whose specialty is stealing from vacant house. There’s no name for heroine  popped up until now, the thief hasn’t been cast yet.

The production will begin in the end of April when the whole casts finalized. Meanwhile, these days Joo Won is still busy filming his on-going drama “7th Grade Civil Servant”.

The video shows the action of three beautiful ladies, Ha Ji Won, Kang Ye Won, and Ga In. As the leader of the sisters, Ha Ji Won does the martial arts like a pro, meanwhile Kang Ye Won looks playful and girly, then Ga In being so cool. They are transformed into Joseon era’s Charlie’s Angels. They hunt and kick ass of the bad men.

Based on this 1 minute duration video, the movie will be so hilarious and silly, but too bad, i can’t find the man with amazing body, Joo Sang Wook, in this first video teaser..

And now I can’t wait to see their action this May!!!
