There is this unconditional love for their children that parents innately possess. I’m pretty sure if they find out that Joon and HaNa sacrificed for their happiness, the wheels will turn around. Im guessing that Yoon Hee’s sickness will aggravate or they would just give up the love that was not really meant to be.
