On December 30, 2011 MBC Drama Award was held, and that night is for drama “The Best Love”, because that drama was success winning a bunch of awards, even the drama awarded the highest prize, Daesang Award. And the couple, Goo Ae Jung and Dok Ko Jin, get the best couple award.

The duet of Gong Hyo Jin and  Cha Seung Won on that drama really deserved that award. I think their chemistry they built on that drama was pretty unique,  not passionate like Hyun Bin and Ha Ji Won on “Secret Garden” nor sweet and silly like Park Shin Hye and Jang Geun Seok on “You Are Beautiful”, but as a mature couple. They could show the warm and quirky relationship…nice job!

Cha Seung Won as the lovely daddy, opening his speech with says thank to his wife, son and daughter, and then his co-worker, Gong Hyo Jin and Yoon Kye Sang. Meanwhile, Gong Hyo Jin felt embarrassed on that moment. She recalled that she was a little bit irritated during the filming that drama because always complaining to the director, so first she said sorry to the director and says thanks to the whole crew. She thought on 2011 she had much of good lucks, little bit humble she said that she got those awards just because she’s lucky.

That night, wearing yellow gown which made her looked brighter and happier. Besides the Best Couple award, Gong Hyo Jin also gained other awards: the Top Excellence (miniseri) Actress alongside with her co-worker too, Cha Seung Won as Top Excelence Actor,  and the Popularity award alongside with Kim Jae Won (Can You Hear My Heart).

As i wrote before, the awarding ceremony was held on December 9th. Cha Seung Won and Ha Ji Won were chosen by camera directors to be honored the Best Actor and The Best Actress award. To receive the award, they came to that event. Cha Seung Won and Ha Ji Won deserved to get the award due to their performances on their succsess dramas: “Best Love” and “Secret Garden”.

On The 19th Grimme Awards, not only Ha Ji Won who won the award, but the drama, “Secret Garden”, also gained the highest award, Daesang award (The Best Cinematography), as well as the camera directors, Huh Dae Sun and Lee Seung Chun, honored as Best Camera director award.  Wow! even a year after it first debut (on November 2010), this drama still get a lot of blessings.

Ha Ji Won appeared with simple black dress, but her pretty never fade, and Cha Seung Won looked so manly, as always. but i think he must change his hair style soon for the new role in his next drama “The Third Hospital“. For Ha Ji Won, beside “Korea” i still don’t know about her other projects on 2012, but i really hope there will be her drama on 2012.   and anyway, congratulation for the winners!!!

Actually i’m getting love this ajeossi more and more because he never made ​​me wait too long. Every year he’s always there for me , started with “City Hall”(2009), then “Athena”(2010), and recently “Greatest Love”(2011), then what a good news! for 2012 he will appear on small screen through his new drama.

On December 9th it has been confirmed that Cha Seung Won will take part on MBC medical drama, titled “The Third Hospital”. Since it’s typical medical drama, of course this drama will become serious drama, will be like “E.R” or “Surgeon Bong Dal Hae” or maybe like “Brain”. Fankly i still don’t know what exactly the story is about, because details are still kept under wraps, but certainly “The Third Hospital” will tell about lives of doctors in hospitals and their conflicts

So, after being the comical Dok Ko Jin on “The Greatest Love”, it seems for this drama Cha Seung Won has to portrayi a serious doctor. For me, if the main actor is Cha Seung Won i don’t care about the genre, as long as he’s as sexy as ever i will watch that drama. i can’t wait to see him on doctor outfit, i’m sure he will look more dashing and charming . this drama planned to be airing the first episode on March 14th, 2012.

To congratulate the success of the most-loved dramas of this year,the 2011 Korea Drama Awards was held on October 2nd at Kyungnam Culture and Arts center. On that event came so many actors, especially those who were involved in 2010-2011 dramas.

This event gave awards for 13 categories and winners were chosen by seven judges who came from different backgrounds  such as drama critics, journalists, media professionals and so on. Dramas that came out as nominees were “Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, “Secret Garden”, “City Hunter”, “Royal Family”, “Dream High”, “Sign”, “Best Love”, “Giant” and others.

“Secret Garden”, the most phenomenal 2010-2011 drama got the highest award, Daesang award, and the writer , Kim Eun Suk also awarded as best writer. Appearantely Secret Garden’s popularity hasn’t ended.

And I think,  2011  is absolutely the  year for Lee Min Ho, through his sexy drama “City Hunter” he doesn’t only get a  new girlfriend , but also gains two awards from that event, for best actor and Hallyu star category. On the actress side, Yum Jung Ah crowned as best actress based on her acting in “Royal Family”.

Dok Ko Jin and Goo Ae Jung together again on Haper’s Bazaar for September edition. Due to their latest drama “Best Love”, Cha Seung Won and Gong Hyo Jin were chosen to become the Fifth Angel Cinema actors. Angel Cinema work together with Harper’s Bazaar to promote movies and actors from Korea to overseas. Usually, especially for movies, Angel Cinema only help low budget movie to promote.

So, to anticipate that promotion, Bazaar has been doing a photo shoot for Gong and Cha. Bazaar’s representative said that the atmosphere during the photo shoot was so warm and friendly, but Gong and Cha are able to work professionally

I like the classic concept for these photos, makes this couple more gorgeous. Gong Hyo Jin looks mysterious with that make up, graceful and prettier. And there’s no doubt for Cha Seung Won’s charisma. I think he didn’t have any flaw from any side, from whatever angle camera lens aimed at him, he always looks stunning and sexy. Oh my best ajeossi…

I really love Dok Ko Jin character, so hilarious and unique. But I miss my hottest ajeossi with his beard.

Look at something strange behind the big collumn. Who is she? Or should the question be “what is she?”

From yesterday filming, May 26th, netizens had spotted an unknown woman figure on the background. Some speculate she’s a ghost! Considering the disproportional height and her instance disappearance behind that big column. But she seemed to be very real for me…very human. So i don’t think she could be a ghost. She’s probably just one of the staffs doing something for the filming where she stood on a stool or a ladder…?

“Best Love” released the official poster On April 25th. This drama will be airing on MBC on May 4th, replacing “Royal Family”. In the Poster you can see the four leading roles: Gong Hyo Jin, Cha Seung Won, Yoon In Na, and Yoon Kye Sang.

No need more words, “Best Love” is a must-watch-drama for me.
