The professional and experience secret agent pairing with a reckless rookie agent of course will be more of bickering moment. Some stills from MBC up-coming drama “Level 7 Civil Servant” or “My Girlfriend Is An Agent” or previously known “Secret Agent War” or “Secret Lovers” are published.

Most of the stills came from first day of filming, the shot took place on Taebaek Mountain. Those stills show off how playful and arrogant Gil Ro (Joo Won), while Seo Won (Choi Kang Hee) bear his attitude. This couple get into trouble, Gil Ro becomes stubborn when he decided to take a part on the wild race, while Seo Won looks scolding him trying to stop the race.

Then on other stills, Gil Ro, as the cocky agent, show off his abilities to seduce girls. He looks playful and over confident when he gave the wink. I become more curious about this drama. I think this is first time for Joo Won, acting as the mischievous and infuriating like Gil Ro. And as always, i love Choi Kang Hee’s acting, i hope this time she also can handle this playful guy.

This rom-com is to follow up the gloomy drama “I Miss You”, and start airing on January.

Finally “The Secret Lovers” (비밀남녀전) or “Secret Agents War” changed the title  becomes “Level 7 Civil Servant” (7급공무원), the same title from the original project, that is also known “My Girlfriend Is An Agent”, the movie played by Kang Ji Hwan and Kim Ha Neul.

On November 20, the official explained that this drama decided to change the title because they think the word “전” (jeon) which means  “officer” on that previous title means ambiguous and may result a confusion, because it gives a sense of historical drama (sageuk). The drama takes setting at the present time, the modern era, moreover the story is totally remake from that movie indeed. And changing the title into the new one give more feelings of the “comedy” more obviously.

After the drama had the permanent and more comical title, the production started. Recently, the script reading session has already been held. Choi Kang Hee, Joo Won, Kim Min Seo, Changsun, and more gathered together. On the stills that unveiled they all looked serious reading their line.

“Level 7 Civil Servant” will follow up “I Miss You” on MBC, and plans to start airing on January 2013.

Choi Kang Hee is really lucky noona, she has two flower boys for her new rom-com “Secret Agent War” or “The Secret Lovers”. She already got Joo Won as the lover, and it seems not enough for her, because on October 31st, the drama’s reperesentative gave statement that they added Chansung, the member of boy band 2PM, on the cast list.

Chansung will take the role as Hwang Chan Sung, an also rookie agent, but his appearance and act really different with the sloppy and clumsy Gil Ro (Joo Won). And of course he will involve on love triangle with Gil Ro and Seo Won (Choi Kang Hee). Chan Sung is the perfect agent, good on martial art and appears as the neat, stiff and sharp person but actually he keeps the secret wound on his heart.

This is not first acting experience for Changsun, before he already had roles on “High Kick, “Jungle Fish”, and “Phantom Thief Royal”. “Secret Agent War” is rom-com that is inspired by Kang Ji Hwan’s movie “Level 7 Civil Servant”, and the drama is scheduled to begin airing on January at MBC.
