Finally, on November 19th at Grand Hyatt Hotel, Park Shi Yeon was married with her non-celebrity groom, just known as Mr.Park. The limited photos from that ceremony were released on November 20, just showing the bride.

I always love seeing this goddess-like actress, even with simple wedding dress, simple make up, and simple hairstyle Park Shi Yeon looks totally gorgeous and stunning.  So many celebrity friends came, they are Park Shi Hoo, Nam Gyu Ri, Han Ye Seul, Kim Min Jung, Lee Hyo Ri, Cha Ye Ryeon, and more.

As planned, soon Park and her husband will fly to US for honeymoon after she wrapped up her movie project.

Based on a survey conducted in Japan, Kang Ji Hwan was named  as the most popular Korean actor in Japan on 2010. One of the Hallyu star sites  conducted a survey of 2662 respondents from December 2nd to 20th, and the results resulted Kang Ji Hwan as the Best Actor with  55.4% votes (1.474 respondents).

Kang Ji Hwan beat Jang Geun Suk who is on second place 30.4% votes (808 respondents), and followed by Lee Seung Gi, Kim Nam Gil, and Jang Hyuk.

Kang Ji Hwan’s popularity began increasing in Japan after he starred in “Coffee House” and took part in the musical drama ‘Caffeine’ that was held in Japan. Thanks to Kang Ji Hwan  that musical drama gained success.

I can say that everyone was expecting Coffee House for two main reasons: 1. Was for Kang Ji Hwan’s comeback. 2. Was for the drama itself which offered viewers a fresh concept in the drama storyline. So, let’s see…

There he is, Lee Jin Soo, a 32 year old famous author who writes several best-selling books and has an eccentric personality. He makes more smile if he feels bad, show more care to people he dislike, and spends more money when he wants to get himself out of the place earlier. He doesn’t have cellphone nor fancy car despite his wealth and fame. No one really understand how to deal with this guy, except for one woman,Seo Eun Young. This 31 year old woman is Jin Soo’s publisher as well as a good friend he’s known for quite a long time. Eun Young, the perfectionist boss seems to also have a little ‘problem’ with her personality.

Faith then bring Jin Soo to meet this helplessly naive 25 year old girl named Kang Seung Yeon. Her innocense may bring laughters to viewers, but not to Jin Soo. Working for him has turned her life to be unbearably confusing. Instead of giving her a what so called ‘normal’ jobs, Jin Soo makes her do only two things for him: sharpening pencils and making coffee, which both eventually didn’t fit Jin Soo’s standard. So he sent Seung Yeon to read books that she barely knew what it was all about.

This witty actor has caught my attention through his 2007 drama, Capital Scandal. Well he is good looking, but I just love his acting. He knows how to smile sincerely and knows how to make people smile seeing him acting. He is just a man with a lot of charms. Following Park Ji Yeon, her partner in T-ara girlband who was successfully took a role in drama “God Of Study”, Ham Eun Jeong, who is also leader of the T-Ara, wants to prove her acting ability in the latest series titled “Coffee House”. She played as Kang Seung Yeon in this drama.

This drama, which has Kang Ji Hwan as the leading actor, apparently wants to take advantage from the idol group fever in Korean music industry. Eun Jeong is actually not a  newbie in the acting world, she is a former child actress. She made appearance in many famous singers’ video clips, last appeared in a DaVinchi’s video clip titled “Time, Please Stop”. In 2008 he had taken part in a horror genre movie titled Gosa (Death Bell).

The new drama is airing on SBS channel and has caught public’s attention in Korea and abroad as well.

From several episodes that already aired, Eun Jeong’s acting looks so natural and seems to  able to emulate Kang Ji Hwan’s acting abilities. Kang Ji Hwan himself seems to enjoy working with one of T-ara’s member. In a press conference, Kang Ji Hwan even joked that he would be delighted if Eun Jeong would invite the other members of T-Ara to watch the filming of Coffee House : D
