Due to his on going drama “The Great Seer” that’s currently running on SBS, lately Ji Jin Hee often  appears on fashion magazine, and becomes my favorite ajeossi through  this, and latest through this pictorial for Marie Claire magazine.

Based on his roles on many dramas, where he always appears as the cold and stiff person, but for those photoshoots he’s like out of  the box, makes us surprised with his unpredictable expression and unusual poses. In those pictorials he shows off his different personalities, sometimes he’s so cute like a puppy, but then he changes to become serious,  so manly, and charismatic like James Bond, and actually the witty picture below is my favorite, he becomes so adorable with that pose and mellow face.

The autumn is very generous, our favorite ajeossi appears not for only one fashion magazine but two different fashion magazines for November issue: Harper’s Bazaar and Allure. Maybe it’s just for promotion of his on-going drama “The Great Seer”, but i don’t care, as long as Ji Jin Hee’s become wild and sexy as these pics, i love it!

On Harper’s Bazaar he looks so great, i think on this black and white pictorial he just flawless, as a dish he cooked so well and so yummy. With straight pose as if he wants to show his authority, classic and gorgeous.

But for Allure he shows his bad habit, and actually i love this pictorial more. He becomes so bad in front of alchohol, trying so hard in front of books, and looks so weird while eating that bread. This ajeossi is absolutely in trouble with his dark side, and it makes him looks more HOT.

On September 20, for the first time the stills of SBS’s up-coming high budget drama “The Great Seer” (대풍수) unveiled to the public. The teaser introduced the lead character, Ji Sang (played by Ji Sung), the great master, he’s known as the gifted seer.

Ji Sung is very enthusiastic during the filming, for portraying that great figure, Ji Sung manages to look charismatic and dashing, especially in these pics. On this drama, Ji Sung spares his acting alongside with other great actors, such as Lee Yoon Ji, Ji Jin Hee, Kim So Yeon, Jo Min Ki,  and more.

SBS is put “The Great Seer”  for follow up “To The Beautiful You”, and will be start airing soon on October.

There’s a fact reveals from SBS’s most anticipated drama “The Great Seer” (대풍수). Just for the re-production of this historical drama cost up to 35 billion won. What a big sum! yeah..for totality on the set, the costume, and the actors of course they always need big budget to make a sageuk drama. They already built the outdoor set plus the palace..

“The Great Seer” takes the setting on the edge of Goryeo dynasty. Ji Sung has chosen as Ji Sang, The Master. At that time Ji Sang known as the most influence person, since he’s genius and wise he’s trusted as the advisor for King Yi Seong Gye (Ji Jin Hee). Because of his thoughts the transition happened, the regime changed to become Chosun dynasty and made Yi Seong Gye as the first king of Chosun dynasty.

On this high budget drama, beside those guys, there will be Lee Yoon Ji (as Ban Ya), Kim So Yeon (Hae In), Song Chang Ui, and more. The drama that will start running on October 1oth to replace “To The Beautiful You” will go for 36 episodes.

“The Great Seer” or “The Great Feng Shui Master” or “Dae Poong Soo” added more casts, after Ji Jin Hee, Lee Yoon Ji, and Kim So Yeon on the list, finally they chose Ji Sung, as the Master. On August 16th, Ji Sung’s agency, Namoo Entertainment released  statement that their actor positively joins the new sageuk drama “The Great Seer” and takes the leading character, Ji Sang, the gifted seer.

Back on 2011, I really loved his appearance on “Protect The Boss.” He looked so adorkable and adorable there, but in this comeback drama Ji Sung will look brainy and wise since he has to  portraye the legendary scholar, Ji Sang. Ji Sang was born with special abilities, he can see into the future and past of other people, he was brilliant.  He was the most influential figure at the time. He’s an expert to read geography, face, just like the fortune teller.

On drama that based on the real history, on Goryeo dynasty, Ji Sang was known as advisor for general Yi Seong Gye (played by Ji Jin Hee), who became the first  king for Joseon dynasty. Through his thought the political power of  Goryeo changed and there came the rise of the Joseon dynasty.

Our favorite ajeossi, Ji Jin Hee will be back to sageuk project. On March 29th, Ji Jin Hee’s representative said that Ji Jin Hee is considering to be involved in SBS’s new sageuk drama “The Great Feng Shui Master” or know as “Dae Poong Soo” (대풍수).

This time his sageuk isn’t purely based on historical story. His character Lee Sung Gye was really a great man on Goryeo era known as a charismatic general and also feng shui master. But for making the drama more interesting, there will be more fiction story and the general will have light personalities.

“Dae Poong Soo” is planned to start running around April-May.

Before “Take Care of Us, Captain”  I was used to seeing him on traditional hanbok, that’s why on that drama it feels weird seeing him on monkey suit. On January 25th when High Cut published his recent photos i just realized that Ji Jin Hee has different side which has yet to be revealed.

For High Cut he’s transformed into three different characters: the cute geek , the romantic gentleman, and the “James Bond”. I was surprised that Ji Jin Hee can also show those expressions, dorky and adorable, because usually he only shows his straight but charismatic face on his dramas, mostly as a general or a king. However, the most important point in here is that he’s really HOT!

On this photoshoot he wears the suit and accessories from high class brand, such as Nina Ricci and Cartier. With his charisma those goods look suitable for him. This ajeossi looks classy, dandy and of course, sexy…

On December 13th, after completing filming in Australia, the lead actors of SBS new drama “Take Care of Us, Captain”, Ji Jin Hee and Goo Hye Seon, appeared together on the set, a studio which transformed into a plane and  they also wear the pilot uniform. They talked about their involvement in this drama.

Besides for the story line, both Goo Hye Seon and Ji Jin Hee decided to accept the offer to act in this drama because of the director. The director, Joo Dong Min, is very enthusiastic for this aviation drama. It was showed when he came personally to offer this drama to Goo Hye Seon who was at Taiwan for shooting her drama around July-Agustus.

Ji Jin Hee, as always, appears as a gentleman, precisely as Kim Yoon Seong, a charismatic and perfectionist pilot, and will accompanied by Han Da Jin (Goo Hye Seon) as his co-pilot. This drama will be replacing “Three With Deep Rooted” and will be airing the first episode on January 4th.

Finally our Captain is wearing the uniforms! After the transformation of becoming a photographer in Australia, now Ji Jin Hee is ready to fly. In his new drama “Take Care of Us, Captain!” he will play as a pilot, Kim Yoon Seong,  alongside Goo Hye Seon, as Han Da Jin, his junior and also his co-pilot.

These stills are from the set, also took place in Australia. Our charismatic gentleman looks more dashing and cool with those uniforms. But actually, I prefer him behind the lens, he’s so charming.

“Take Care of Us, Captain” will start airing on January 4th.
