After kicked out Ham Eun Jung form the casts list, there’s more controversy buzzing from SBS’s on-going drama “Five Fingers”. This drama accused of plagiarizing of novel “Murder Rhapsody”.

This issue popped up after one blogger revealed so many similliar things occured between “Five Fingers” and “Murder Rhapsody”, such as characters, the story line, and the conflict in detail. Both works bring the same theme, the pianist family.

There’s hasn’t official statement yet, but “Five Fingers” team already denied this rumor. They said that they didn’t know anything about the novel.

For anticipating his comeback on entertainment industry through his drama “Five Fingers” and movie “I Am The King” that will be released on August, Joo Ji Hoon appears on –not only one but two– different fashion magazines, GQ and Haper’s Bazaar for August issue.

For both magazines, Joo Ji Hoon looks simple and modest. The pics are so meaningful. He shows his solitude through these pictorial. On GQ, the photoshot took place on museum, he posed  humbly and wasn’t too much so you will not only be able to enjoy him but also the masterpiece works behind him.

Meanwhile for Haper’s Bazaar, mostly he’s just wearing the black and white outfits, maybe he wants to show his new images for his comeback, as the pure and simple person, just a new him.

August is absolutely for Joo Ji Hoon, his movie “I Am The King” will be released officially on August 8th, while his drama “Five Fingers” is planned to start running on SBS on late August.

Another comedy movie will be released this summer, Joo Ji Hun’s comeback project “I Am The King”. The poster and the trailer already released, and the movie ready released on August.

From the poster I’m getting convinced that this movie inspired  by Mark Twain’s masterpiece “The Prince and the Pauper”, because the poster is not too different with the cover of that book (I’ve got one on my bookshelf) the pauper sitting on the throne, and from the trailer i bet this movie will be full of comedy scenes.

Frankly i’m quite surprised finding Joo Ji Hun gets comical here. I know, this is not his first comedy genre. Before he played on “Naked Kitchen” and “Antique Bakery”, those movies on light romantic and comedy genre indeed, but as i remember i never saw him looks so hilarious as in this movie.

Okay, i can’t wait for this August, waiting for Joo Ji Hun’s comeback and also because there will be more comedy movies that will be released.

Joo Ji Hoon has already wrapped up the filming process of his sageuk movie “I Am The King” that will be released on August. And now reportedly, there is his name on SBS’s up-coming drama “Five Fingers” casts list. But actually there’s still a long road to the confirmation, the pre-production process is still on going, especially for the casting.

“Five Fingers” inspired by a young very talented pianist life, Kim Soon Wook. This drama comes from the writer of “A Wife’s Temptation” and “Temptation of Angles”. So i guess this drama will be a long melodrama.

If Joo Ji Hoon confirmed to this drama, this will be his comeback small screen project after five years, latest he played so brilliant on “The Devil” (2007) alongside with Uhm Tae Woong and Shin Min Ah. Regardless his drugs scandal on 2009, I think Joo Ji Hoon is really good actor. so please give him a chance on this drama. Moreover he regreted for that mistake and apologized. When he discharged from military service, he promised to become a better person.

Okay i put my trust on you, Ji Hoon-ssi! so, i’m waiting your next projects

Actually Joo Ji Hoon is still on duty,  but through his agency “Keyeast Entertainment” on November 17th his comeback project was officially announced. He began the military duty on February 2010 and will be discharged from military this year on November 21st.

Pretty different with other actors who are after being discharged from military they go straight to play on a drama or movie and show their post-army body, but Joo Ji Hoon will be doing something different. For his first comeback project he will be involved in project musical, “Doctor Zhivago”. The musical is based on Boris Pasternak’s novel on 1965. The rumour is the budget for this musical reached 25 billion won (about US$22 million)..wow..it would be amazing project!

It’s been planned that after being discharged on November 21st, Joo Ji Hoon will hold a press conference and fans meeting on November 27th to talk in detail  about his comeback on entertainment industry. the event will be held at Yonsei University and  about  2000 fans will attend the event. Besides this musical project, Joo Ji Hoon also considers some other projects like dramas and ads, public already miss him, can’t wait for his comeback.

Welcome back, Ji Hoon-ssi! I hope you will keep your promise to become a better  and mature person after being discharge from the military.
