Seung Jo rushed to the gallery where his paintings used to be displayed. But it wasn’t there anymore because the original buyer just got it back again. Seung Jo immediately looked for his father in the office, but his father as well as the paintings weren’t there. Until he walked the corridor than he found them hanging between a big door. Suddenly Mr.Cha came and Seung Jo finally could ask the question. “Did you bought these paintings?” Mr.Cha didn’t deny it at all, so Seung Jo asked why he had done it. Seung Jo was kind of disappointed to the fact that what brought him to the position he’s now was not his own great effort,but his father made a great contribution in it. Se Gyeong’s point was so simple, for people like Seung Jo, no matter how hard his life was, he couldn’t erase the fact that his the son of a very rich father so help to climb up again and be successful would definitely come. And she’s right. Seung Jo had to understand that no matter how he had let go of his father and his fortune long ago, his father would always be a father who loved his son.

Se Gyeong got a text from Yoon Joo. In the text, Yoon joo wondered what both of their lives would be had they not met each other months ago. She said Se Gyeong would probably run a different life,but hers would likely to be like what she’s facing now. So she didn’t blame Se Gyeong for everything that happened because she kind of knew that sooner or later this kind of situation would come to her anyway. But she wouldn’t give up. She would always find a way back.

Yoon Joo came to her husband just to bravely ask for a divorce. She’s no longer the same person as she used to be. And she enjoyed it when she came across In hwa on the way telling her that she’s getting a divorce, so the business issue was then left to In Hwa’s shoulder.

Dong Wook found Seung Jo buried himself in the solitude in his room, only in the companion of a couple bottles of alcohol. Dong Wook reported the situation to Mr.Cha, so Mr.Cha text Se Gyeong to ask for help. Seung Jo woke up dizzy and with an illusion seeing the much younger him crying in the hand of a lady who’s likely to be his mother. Se Gyeong came to help him. Seung Jo admitted what Se gyeong said was right and he just told her to go. But Se Gyeong back hugged him, telling him that she came because she missed him. She said she couldn’t live in the world without him. “If this’s not love, then what is love?” Seung Jo turned around and Se gyeong said the three words, “I love you.” And they both hug and cry together.

BUT, it was also just a dream. When he woke up, Se gyeong did come. He cynically asked why she’s here,but the real Se gyeong had a different reason why she’s there. This Se Gyeong had lost her confidence in loving Seung Jo while he had thought that Se gyeong would take another way to love him. “This is our break up moment, isn’t it? So untill here. Take care of yourself.” Seung Jo was supposed to be more upset, but strangely, he felt at peace.

Everyone moved on their lives.Se Gyeong was meeting Ah Jeong, discussing what had happened with Se Gyeong.
Se Gyeong said that in this world there’s no such a thing as 100% love and people couldn’t exclude any one’s quality to just love one of them. Ah Jeong said she was true that in this world there’s no such a thing as 100% love and everyone knows it but no one every say it and just live with it. And Ah Jeong slipped her tongue telling Se gyeong that she’s now an item with Secretary Moon.

In the Artemis office, Seung jo was visited by his father. Their relationship had been much better that they could talk about business and Mr.Cha could talked comfortably about his worries as a father. Seung Jo that day was having an interview for new employers, there’re 10 candidates. She saw a familiar name: Se Gyeong, but it turned out to be a Shin, not Han. Han Se Gyeong was applying to another company, also was undergoing a job interview. Interestingly, Seung Jo found a quite similar economic situation between Shin Se Gyeong with Se Gyeong he knew. That Se gyeong also made the similar effort with Han Se gyeong in terms of showing herself in an expensive look for a job interview because the real fact is people do judge someone from their appearance and what they wear.

Meanwhile in Han Se Gyeong’s job interview, she’s almost got a D mark for her lack of abroad experience but then changed into an A mark as soon as she showed them that she used to be the personal stylist for Artemis’ Jean Thierry Cha and they recognised her as Seung Jo’s ex-fiancee.

Se Gyeong was still hanging out with Tommy. He brought her the book of ALice in Wonderland. He said Se Gyeong was wrong. Alice wasn’t fully dreaming as she woke up only halfway. In that situation, that meant ALice believed that it’s half a dream and as long as she kept it that way, she would live believing that the dream was half real.

Seung Jo was trying to move on too,but still the thought of Se gyeong lingered. And on the way, he saw Yoon Joo. she’s no more the classy Yoon Joo, just the simple woman Yoon Joo who lived in a simple apartment. She brought him to her apartment. Yoon Joo ignored Seung Jo’s question of what her last chance to keep the marriage. She just asked him back about his relationship with Se Gyeong. He told her that she ran away because she had no prove to show him that she actually loved him.
Yoon Joo said that she knew them both well. She said Se Gyeong was not the type who would run away facing any difficulty in life, while Seung jo might think he had changed but he’s actully still having doubt to other people. “It must be you who sent her away,” said Yoon Joo. “I was not. Not even in my dreamm…” Then he realized that the dream when he had Se Gyeong said “i love you” to him might not be a dream at all. What we didn’t see on the next scene after they hugged was that Seung Jo did ask Se Gyeong to prove to him that she really loved him. Se Gyeong had no idea how she should prove him that she loved him sincerely other than the fact that she liked him as Secretary Kim, even as Cha Seung jo and the fact that she felt so guilty towards him. Seung Jo remembered that he ignored the list Se Gyeong showed him which indicate her true feelings towards him.

SEung Jo rushed to Se Gyeong’s place, but she’s not there, only the sister. He went in to Se Gyeong’s room and search for the list. And he did find it and understood Se Gyeong’s true feelings.

Se Gyeong finally got a job in a design team of a design company called Huluck. In her heart she was still thankfull to Seung jo because of the fact that she still could use him even after they broke up.Se Gyeong said she finally woke up from a dream and she wouldn’t go back there but to continue living her real life. But there she found Cha Seung Jo was standing right in front of her on her way out from office.
At first Seung jo didn’t admit that he came to find her. But he immediately complained as Se gyeong didn’t try to catch him. In the mean time, Se Gyeong tried to convince herself that she’s no more dreaming nor getting back to the dream.
Seung jo said that wouldn’t let her go, nor he’s running away. He didn’t care anymore which Han Se Gyeong he liked, the Candy one or the changed one. He just liked Han Se gyeong who’s standing in front of him. And it was Seung jo who first embraced her. They both realized that there’s no such a thing as a perfect love, but they both would work hard for that.
And then Seung jo said he had something he wanted to tell her since long ago. It turned out to be a love confession in a witty way, which was quoting Winston Churchill about what immature and mature love. “I love you because I need you, Se Gyeong.” Then he kissed her, right there.

Tommy Hong finally met Yoon Joo in front of a shopping place.When they finally had a conversation, Tommy asked why she didn’t use her chance to stay at Cheongdamdong. Yoon Joo said that she got angry to those people so the only way to destruct them was through destroying their billion’s of won-worth business. Tommy hong’s life also had been in down situation, but just like Yoon Joo, his mind is a lot more at ease. And when the topic of Se Gyeong rised, they both knew that Se Gyeong was meeting Seung jo again.

Mr.Cha and Mr.Han were still having an argument trying to persuade the Han to move to a better place.

And Se Gyeong and Seung Jo were having their happy ending. They’re living the lives of half asleep and half awake.

Meanwhile Se Gyeong also got a trouble coming back home. Her parents had got the news. Her mother asked if what they heard was true and Se Gyeong could only say sorry. Her mother was frustrated not believing what she heard, but her father seemed to have a little understanding.

Seung Jo tried to investigate everything further. He started by asking Secretary Moon. He asked when (what month, date, time) Ah Jeong told him that Se Gyeong had a feeling for Secretary Kim. Secretary Moon said it’s December 24th. And he also told seung Jo that on that moment, he also told Ah jeong that Secretary Kim was actually him, President Cha.

Se Gyeong was having a conversation with Ah JEong saying that she’s going to meet Seung Jo everyday to do her mission. But suddenly someone knocked on the door and it was Seung Jo. He confidently said that he got a solid proof that Se Gyeong had already known about Secretary Kim was him before the xmas party. Se Gyeong then told him that it was the time when she was going to use him as Mr.Rabbit, just use him for bringing her to Cheongdamdong society, just like Mr.Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland story. But she said the fact that she liked Secretary Kim was true.She asked why he couldn’t trust himself in accepting that he actually knew when Se gyeong’s feeling was changing from the moment he acted as Secretary Kim and then being himself. He said he didn’t know that.

In the morning, again, Seung Jo impatiently knocking at Se Gyeong’s room. He was asking about the topic of “What the heck is Mr.Rabbit?” Then he knew that it all started when she started to be the stylist. Seung Jo brought the bunny dolls. Se Gyeong was about to dump all of them to the trash when he complained that on that day she said she felt grateful for him, “Was that true?” “That’s your homework.” Se Gyeong said it’s his time to see everything by himself, since all this time he just saw what he wanted to see and heard what he wanted to hear. He needs to give himself a trust that he could see the real truth by himself.

Seung Jo remembered about the letter, he came to her again asking about it. Then Se Gyeong brought him to the spot where she broke up with Seo In Chan. She told him the reason why she wanted to go to Cheongdamdong in the first place and how the world was such a desperate place for someone like her. “So you broke up with a man who had no money and got a man who had lots of money, and use him?” Se Gyeong didn’t deny it. And then Seung Jo right guessed her that she thought she could keep both love and money at the same time. Se Gyeong admitted it.

Se Gyeong was summoned by Mr.Cha. He asked Se Gyeong to really break up with Seung Jo this time, but Se Gyeong said she wouldn’t do that. She brought up the topic of the painting Seung Jo had painted before he worked for Artemis. Se Gyeong said she wouldn’t do what Yoon Joo had done to Seung Jo, leaving him and did what Mr.Cha asked her to. “I love Seung Jo,” she said it firmly.

Coming to the office, Se Gyeong got her box ready. She was kicked out from GN. Se Gyeong told In hwa that she’s not giving up yet both in her dream and in Seung Jo.

Yoon Joo was given the last chance by her husband to stay as her wife. “Get Cha Seung Jo,”he said, that’s her condition. He said since it’s been business for her from the first time, so she had to take responsible in the ruined business. He kind of wanted her to walk the path consistently as her consequence.

Tommy got the news already about Se Gyeong’s being fired by GN and he’s on the way to pick her up. In the same time, the still-curious Seung Jo was already in front of GN to look for se Gyeong. Then he saw Tommy picked her up and tailed them to the place where Tommy brought Se Gyeong to: his office.

Se Gyeong asked if he regreted taking her side, he said surely. But he and Yoon Joo kind of touched by her self confidence and fighting spirit.

Then Seung Jo came to visit Tommy, asking “Who’s Han Se Gyeong?” What he’s actually asking was what Han Se Gyeong was for Tommy. Then Tommy told him that he’s helping Se Gyeong to enter Cheongdamdong, but not as her Mr.Rabbit. He told Seung Jo that at first he was helping Shin In Hwa,but then seeing Se Gyeong’s fightingspirit he changed his side. He probably had no idea about other things, but one thing he knew about Se Gyeong, “She was sincere.”

Tommy just called Se Gyeong that Seung Jo visited him and Se gyeong said Seung Jo would come to look fo her, and yes he was there knocking at the door. “Since when you knew that Seo Yoon Joo was my ex-wife?” Se Gyeong said the day she saw his usb, she actually had known about Yoon Joo. but at the end, she decided to accept his proposal. Se Gyeong told him that for her kind of people, there’s no such a world on their side no matter how hard she’s making an effort. But Seung Jo insisted that he’s been through a lot of pain in the past and Se Gyeong knew it. But Se Gyeong said he still got someone to trust to, but she didn’t. Se Gyeong brought up the topic about his paintings. and then she also asked if all this time he kept blaming himself for all the pain he got in this life that everything had been wrong since the beginning. Seung Jo said sort of, and Se gyeong couldn’t hold her tears and just walked back inside her room crying.

Dong Wook visited Seung Jo and asked him what whe would do with Se Gyeong. Surprisingly, Seung Jo said actually he’s thankful to her though it hurts. But there’s no way for them to get back together. Then he’s still wondering why Se Gyeong took the meaning of his paintings differently. then he wondered who had looked for him through that painting. It was true that someone, an anonymous person had bought the painting 3000 euro. He actually had someone in his mind…but he saw the probability as almost impossible: his father. In the same time, Mr.Cha was coming to visit the painting. He remembered the day when he had bought that painting but decided to give it away.

That night, Seung Jo was walking around Se Gyeong’s house while Se Gyeong was walking around SEung Jo’s apartment. They went to visit each other but they hesitated. Seung Jo even slept in the car in front of Se gyeong’s place. He tailed her that day, watching her looking for a job. He kind of understood why people wanted so much to be in Cheongdamdong society.

Yoon Joo visited Seung Jo. Seung Jo asked if she got divorced. Yoon Joo told him that she got the last chance. Seung Jo said he would help her if there’s something he could do related to her last chane. Yoon Joo hesitated and finally said nothing. She decided not to help her husband by no more making use of Seung Jo.

At the same time, Dong Wook was visiting Secretary Moon explaining to him about Seung jo and Se Gyeong’s condition, though not in detail. But actually there’s one thing he wanted to ask that secretary: if he knew who had bought the 3000 euro-worth painting. Secretary Moon found no difficulty in answering: it must be Mr.Cha.

Seung Jo also asked Yoon joo if she was the one who had bought his painting back then. Yoon Joo said of course it wasn’t her and the real person was so obvious. “It was your father,” she said.

Dialogue in this episode is very hard to be translated, but hope you guys get the big idea. I understand that the painting is somehow important as well as Seung Jo’s relationship with his dad, but still I didn’t get the detail..

Seung Jo might manage to stay cool in front of In hwa and everyone. But as soon as he sat alone in his room, he started to feel the ache. And his eyes started to get teary.

Se Gyeong, who still had no idea about In Hwa’s action, got a call from Seung Jo who asked her to come by his house. He wanted to have a wine together. He looked just as usual, though a bit less excited. But he kept pouring wine into his glass. While Seung Jo was taking another wine in the kitchen, Se Gyeong got a call from Tommy who was already with Yoon Joo, telling her that Shin In Hwa had done it. Se Gyeong was trembling, but as soon as she’s back to Seung Jo, she still found him as usual. He even told her that starting from tomorrow they’d be busy preparing for their wedding, as their wedding date had been set by the parents.

Seung Jo felt a sleep and Se Gyeong put him on the bed. That night Se gyeong didn’t go home and decided to stay in Seung Jo’s place sleeping in the couch. When Seung Jo was out of his bed that morning, he found Se Gyeong was preparing for breakfast. Before they start eating, Se Gyeong brought up a topic of conversation, “Seung Jo-ssi, last time you said you are a guy who is far from perfect. But what I see in your entire house tells the other way. So one day would you show me another house which is not perfect? Show me another side of you which is not perfect. Me too, has many things to show you.” A slight change in Seung Jo’s expression told that he dislike the topic, so he changed it. He said after breakfast there’s something he wanted to show her.

Seung Jo brought Se Gyeong to a church and imagined it’s their real wedding ceremony already. They imagined families and friends were there, as well as the priest to lead their wedding. The couple exchanged vows as well as their imaginary rings. Then Se Gyeong started to recall many things that Seung Jo had told her and about the fact that Seung Jo had already known the truth. “Seung Jo, I have something to tell you,” she said. “I have…lied to you.” Seung Jo’s face changed to be stern.”Don’t do it, otherwise I’ll die. Don’t say anything. Don’t do anything.” For the first time, seung Jo got angry.

Se Gyeong cried and could only ask for apology, “It’s not your fault. It’s my fault.” Seung Jo tried to hold his anger from exploding,but he left her on the altar, broke down and cried. But it didn’t take her long to stand up again and run to catch up SEung Jo, though he had left. She tried to call over and over again, but Seung Jo kept ignoring her. Seung Jo cried alone in his car.

Se gyeong asked for a help from Dong Wook and Secretary Moon. They looked for Seung Jo here and there, but Seung Jo was nowhere to be found. This news arrived to Mr.Cha’s table so he summoned Se Gyeong and told her to bring him back no matter what.

Se gyeong went to the gallery cafe where Seung Jo’s painting was displayed, but it wasn’t there anymore. Seung Jo had taken it awhile ago.

Mr.Cha was furious not only to Se Gyeong. This issue of course influenced his business partnership with GN. Mr.Shin with all his children came to close up the deal they’d been waiting for years,but Mr.Cha’s reception was not good. Partnership cancellation was what the Shin got and he said that they should ask Shin In Hwa for the reason.

Shin family had a serious family meeting. In Hwa showed the video to the whole family. Yoon Joo’s life was turning upside down, but Mr.Shin scolded In Hwa too because of her reckless action. Yoon Joo had a further more private conversation with her husband. Her husband actually knew that Yoon Joo fell for her in the first place was because of the money,but still this lie hurt him anyhow. Yoon Joo spoke out her argument saying that it’s all part of her effort to keep the person she wanted to keep in her life and to do well in that. Mrs. Shin seemed to have no more mercy for her daughter in-law, but the men in Shin family kept their cool head. They still considered business and especially to find a way to recover their partnership with Royal Group since it’s very important for their family business. And the father thought that Yoon joo might be their solution.

Se Gyeong managed to find the painting in the gallery, but not seung Jo.Meanwhile Tommy Hong who got the news from Yoon Joo that the game was over for the three of them was so worried about Se Gyeong.He found Se Gyeong was still on the street trying to look for Seung Jo. He’s the one who calm Se Gyeong down and to take her back to her right mind. He sent her to Seung Jo’s apartment.
Se Gyeong saw her drawings about Paris and remember how much Seung Jo wanted to go Paris as his escape destination. Secretary Moon got the information about flight schedule to Paris. Tommy Hong drove her to the airport.

Se Gyeong managed to stopped Seung Jo from going through the entrance gate in the airport. Seung Jo was definitely angry. He insisted that everything about them was over, there’s no way back to fix their issue, and he had erase Se Gyeong from his life. He really needed to go because he didn’t like the fact that he’d be hating Se gyeong, but seeing her again was something that’s unavoidable. That’s why he decided to leave.Se Gyeong stayed strong and without any tears she confidently said, “If we have to break up, let’s just break up.But no running away. I still have so many things to show you. And until then, you can decide again for leaving. And you too, you still have many things to show me.”

Se Gyeong definitely keeps her words for not letting go Seung Jo, at least not until her very last effort. I like her fighting spirit.

Tommy’s excuse was that he wanted to congratulate Seung Jo personally. He gave Se Gyeong a sign and Se Gyeong got it, so she distracted Seung Jo and Tommy managed to take Seung Jo’s phone then put it back to its place with another excuse.

The frustrated Yoon Joo came first to Tommy’s office, then Se Gyeong came too. Yoon Joo and Tommy explained to Se Gyeong what Shin In Hwa had been trying to do to both of them. While they’re still discussing for the solution, the devil suddenly showed up. Yoon Joo kneeled before In Hwa, but that stern woman had no mercy…for anyone.

She’s going to reveal the truth.But Se Gyeong challenged her by saying that she and them actually had no difference. In Hwa was trying to get Seung Jo also for business reason, the differences between them are just their way to get him and the fact that In Hwa was rich and Se Gyeong was poor.In Hwa showed no fear, and instead took the challenge as another way to bring Se Gyeong’s down. Yoon Joo ended up blaming Se Gyeong for everything.

Mr.Cha seemed to be very touched to what Se Gyeong had done to change Seung Jo and their father-son relationship that’s getting better. He decided to stop by the bakery and had a conversation with Mr.Han. They apologized to each other and Mr.Cha asked Mr.Han to reconsider Seung Jo.

Se Gyeong was with Seung Jo in his apartment when each of them got a call from a “switch” father. Mr.Cha summoned Se Gyeong while Mr.Han asked to meet Seung Jo. Se Gyeong and Seung Jo asked for themselves and went different ways but ended up meeting in the same place. They found their fathers were in a karaoke place, singing together, hand to shoulder. When the kids showed up, Mr.Han started to call Seung Jo “son in-law” while Mr.Cha started to call Mr.Han “In-law.”

Mr.Cha thanked Se Gyeong while watching Seung Jo and Mr.Han singing. And the big moment was when the father and son awkwardly sang together Mr.Sinatra’s “My Way.” Inside their heart, they’re happy since it’s their first time doing something like this together. Mr.Cha invited both Seung jo and Se Gyeong for dinner together.

This situation was getting harder for Se Gyeong. The more the “happiness” upon her, the more she’s burdened and unhappy. It’s only Tommy Hong whom she could talk to and who asked if she’s okay or not.

Se Gyeong was meeting Yoon Joo to ask what happend when she left Seung Jo in Paris.She told Se Gyeong to ask Dong Wook about it more.

Yoon joo came to visit her husband in the office, planning to make a confession. But it was cut by In Hwa. She cut their conversation not to help Yoon Joo of course, but it was because this way was not in her plan. In Hwa wanted to bring the two women down in her way. Yoon Joo’s worries was a little lessen by her husband’s soothing confort.

In Hwa went to Mr.Cha to show the video. Mr.Cha saw it calmly. Then he said he wanted their business partnership to get over. That really struck in Hwa in the face.

Se Gyeong and Mr.Cha came the room where Seung Jo did his hobby on animation figure and crafting. At first he talked very fatherly, but then he rised his voice as he told Se Gyeong that Shin In Hwa came to him. He asked Se Gyeong to keep everything a secret for the rest of her live for the sake of Seung Jo. Then Mr.Cha was sending Se Gyeong and he and his son were drinking together. It’s hard for him that his son’s happiness has to be shadowed by a lie foundation.

Se Gyeong shared her story to Tommy Hong. Se Gyeong said that everything now would be okay as long as she shut her mouth up for the rest of her live. But Tommy instead told her to go to Paris as his first offer to her. The costs would be on him. He did it because he was worried of Se Gyeong’s live in the future if one day a big trouble came related to this secret. Se Gyeong refused to do that because she was sure that she’s not gonna fail.

Tommy Hong shared Se gyeong’s story to Yoon Joo while Se Gyeong was coming to have a meeting with Dong Wook. Then Tommy Hong got a shocking news that Shin in hwa was on her way to a private meeting with Seung Jo, that was suppose to be attended by Yoon Joo’s husband instead. And Shin In Hwa really did show the video to Seung Jo. Surprisingly, Seung Jo made a smile on his face asking, “What is this? That two people I know in this video.”

On the side of the city, in Shin’s house, In Hwa finally watched the video she stole from Tommy ipad and found out her sister in-law’s dark secret. But she didn’t reveal it to her brother straight away.

Seung Jo and Se Gyeong decided to hold a family meeting, both side of the family. Mr.Cha and Mr.Han both agreed for the plan.  But when the two finally meet each other…hmm just like you could guess: it was a fight straight away. Mr.Han knew from Seung Jo’s story what a mess his relationship with his father. The result was Mr.Han was opposing Seung Jo and Se gyeong’s marriage plan.

Se Gyeong apologized for the inconvenient situation to Mr.Cha, as well as not telling them in advance that they actually had known each other. But she also said that both Seung Jo and Mr.Cha had made mistakes, so each of them had to apologize to each other. Seung Jo hesitated at first, but finally he could say, “S..ssss….sorry-yo.” (adding affix -yo is an honorific form of speaking). And Mr.Cha,as he was persuaded by Se Gyeong, said, “Meee tooo,” in his way.

Tommy Hong was having a meeting with Yoon Joo. He told her that he was in Se Gyeong’s side and would help her. Yoon Joo asked why he agreed to help Se Gyeong, “Do you like her?” Tommy said for whatever reason, he’s in the same boat.

Shin In Hwa started to investigate her sister in-law. Actually when Yoon Joo was in In Hwa’s office, a fax showing detail information about Yoon Joo arrived. Yoon Joo almost saw it, but unfortunately Yoon Joo came and took it.Yoon Joo finally found out that Royal Group President Mr.Cha also knew Yoon Joo.

Mr.Cha seemed to be touched by Se Gyeong. He decided to visit Tommy to find out what kind of woman Han Se gyeong was. Tommy said that Seung Jo’s feelings for Se Gyeong was sincere, as well as Se Gyeong’s.

President Shin came home from Paris.During family’s lunch together, Shin In Hwa provoked Yoon Joo by bringing the same case ipad as the one Tommy had.

Tommy Hong was trying to find out who had sent him the painting he received during Shin In Hwa’s visit.

Shin In Hwa was just about to speak in front of the family, about something that is related to one of her ipad’s files. But right at that time, Yoon Joo’s husband’s phone rang. The call was about the arrival of Mr.Robero, the owner of Artemis, I suppose.
Yoon Joo worried about the ipad, but she tried to be positive. But then In Hwa approached her and brought up the topic that made Yoon Joo shaking.

Seung Jo planned to introduce Se Gyeong to this Mr.Robero, who was just like a father for him. Se Gyeong was worried, but Seung Jo assured her not to worry about anything and he agreed to help Se Gyeong. He did give a thorough introduction about this Mr.Robero to Se Gyeong: from his hobby to the he favors.

Tommy called Se Gyeong and brought him to a bookstore. It’s part of his way to support Se Gyeong making good impression.

Yoon Joo visited Tommy and told him about the same ipad Shin In Hwa had with her. They both tried to figure out what really In Hwa’s intention.

Secretary Moon was in the middle of making a report to Seung Jo when suddenly he got a call. He’s talking to someone he addressed as “Samonim (Madam/ Company president’s wife).” Seung Jo asked whom he’s addressing “Samonim”. “It’s Han Se Gyeong,” said Secretary Moon. Seung Jo complained that Secretary Moon refused to share with him what business he had with Se Gyeong, but he lunatically like the idea of Se Gyeong became his “samonim” already. Se Gyeong prepared so well for the meeting with Mr.Robero. She tried so hard to make a good impression in front of Mr.Robero as Seung Jo’s fiance. She bought a very classy black dress that Seung Jo really approved.

Se Gyeong did a very good job introducing herself to Mr.Robero as the smart and beautiful fiance of Jean Thierry Cha. First she made a good impression with the very special wine Seung Jo had introduced her as Mr.Robero’s favorite, but Se Gyeong had drawn her own art work on the label sticker of the wine. Mr.Robero really liked it. Then Se Gyeong presented herself very well and very impressive, in front of Shin family, Mr.Cha and the reporters.Se Gyeong didn’t forget to always try to bring Mr.Cha get closer to his son. And Mr.Cha did look so proud of both his own son and Se Gyeong.

In another place, Yoon Joo found a drawing she found very familiar…the pattern drawing Tommy had. And in the same time, Tommy got a call from Yoon Joo, sounded very threatening. And his assistant also informed him that the painting was sent from GN office. Tommy called Se Gyeong to tell her that Shin In Hwa sounded strange, but Se Gyeong was busy in the bridal. Then Tommy tried to call Yoon Joo, but her husband suddenly came home, so she didn’t accept it. Her husband put his phone on the table and then went into another room. Yoon Joo saw a message arrived in her husband’s phone. She decided to pick it up and found that In hwa sent the video. She managed to erase it. But then the problem left was most critical: Se Gyeong. She was busy fitting her weddind dress so could not pick up any phone from either Tommy or Yoon Joo. Tommy decided to run to the bridal to “save” Se Gyeong.

Seung Jo was impatient waiting for Se Gyeong in her wedding dress. A new message arrived. He actually opened it, but soon ignored it as Se Gyeong showed up in front of him looked gorgeously stunning in her wedding dress. The video was playing, but he already left the phone and approached Se Gyeong. In the mean time, Tommy Hong made it to the fitting room where Se Gyeong and Seung Jo was. He saw the phone and the video, but it’s on the other side of the room. Se Gyeong finally realized Tommy’s presence and saw the look in his eyes, something was not alright.

It’s just episode 12 but the tense was very high already that it seems like the story is about to reach climax soon…hmmm I don’t have a good feeling about it. I sense that Seung Jo finally find out about the secret anyhow…so the rest of the episodes are about this couple’s struggle to get reunite? Well, it’s just my guess…

Mr.Cha still thought that Seung Jo’s feelings to Se Gyeong was not sincere. He just did it to challenge his father. But Seung Jo defended Se Gyeong till the end. He sent Se Gyeong out side the room but the voices of father and son’s fight was too loud to ignore. Se Gyeong just waited there, had no idea what to do. Then Shin In Hwa went out and congratulated her.

Tommy got a great insult from Shin family. He was about to approach Se gyeong, but thankfully Seung Jo came out and brought her away.

Tommy was a big loser that day. But soon he got a report from his spy that the mysterious woman who stood in front of Se Gyeong’s house was Seo Yoon Joo. So he finally found out the relation betwen Yoon Joo and Seung Jo.

Seung Jo shared his childhood hard life with his father after his mother left them. He said his father taught him that there’s no such a thing as sincere love, not to believe in love. But Seung Jo has made his decision. He bent on his knees, handed out a ring and proposed her officially.At that time, a call from Tommy came in. Se Gyeong was panic. She asked for a time and ran into the toilet to take Tommy’s call. He sent a record of her and Yoon Joo’s conversation when Yoon Joo told her about she was Seung Jo’s ex-wife.
Tommy wouldn’t let Se Gyeong had a peace in her life.

Seung Jo who worried about Se Gyeong knocked the door and then talked to her from behind the door. He said Se Gyeong was his house now, the house that he thought it never existed before.

Se Gyeong went out of the toilet. She straightly said to Seung Jo, “If one day I disappear from you, please say ‘i’m gonna die’, doesn’t matter if it’s just a lie.” Seung jo was confused, but Se Gyeong continued. “But later don’t really do it. Promise me.”  Seung Jo promised her that if Se Gyeong disappeared from his life, he’d be dead. Then Se Gyeong accepted Seung Jo’s ring. She said, “I promise you too. If one day you go away from me, I would look for you. No matter what, I would never let you go.”

Se Gyeong asked Yoon Joo to come down and meet her. Se Gyeong showed her the video Tommy had sent her. Yoon Joo was so shock. She said people were making women like them live in hell. Se Gyeong said to Yoon Joo that it’s her own fault that she dump everything she had with Seung Jo. Se Gyeong said she wouldn’t be like her. She said love and business could go along with each other.
“Keeping love is business too,” said Se Gyeong. “Keeping Cha Seung Jo’s love is my business from now on. I’m gonna do it by marrying him.” Then Se Gyeong said she would walk this path with Yoon Joo beside her…a situation that is rare in this world, where the future wife is in ally with the ex-wife of her fiance.

Shin in Hwa was meeting Tommy hong. Then she was left alone for awhile because Tommy had another guest. In Hwa saw a stack of files on the table right in front of her, one of them labelled Cha Seung Jo. Then accidentally she saw the video on Tommy’s ipad. She saw Yoon Joo and Se Gyeong. She was about to play it, but thankfully Tommy’s secretary came in, so she immediately excused herself.

It was Se Gyeong who came to meet Tommy. She challenged Tommy to take side.

Seung Jo was excitedly planning their new life with Se Gyeong in Paris. Se Gyeong got a text from Mr.Cha, summoning her for an interogation. Mr.Cha of course gave her a tough time,but Se Gyeong stayed strong.

Shin In Hwa could not stop thinking about the picture she saw in Tommy’s ipad. The thought of her sister in-law and Se Gyeong had had a what seemed like a secret meeting disturbed her.

Se Gyeong came to meet Mr.Cha once again. This time her mission was to persuade Mr.Cha to soften his own heart to accept Seung Jo. She brought all her drawings from her childhood until present time and also her pictures.

Tommy hong finally decided to take se Gyeong’s side. When he came back to his office, Shin In Hwa was there. This time Tommy got a delivery package so he had to leave Shin In Hwa alone again. This time In Hwa made a quick action by switching the ipad so she could take Tommy’s and searched for the file in the toilet. And right before Tommy came back to her, she was already back and switched the ipad again.

Seung Jo came to Han family to ask for the parents’ bless for their marriage plan. Mr.Han said he couldn’t give his bless. He was worried about Se Gyeong because she had been a very tough life. It’s kind of a rush.
Se Gyeong said maybe the best way for them now is to get Mr.Cha’s blessing first.

Seung Jo decided to come to family annual service for his father’s side of family’s ancestor. His father was being nice to him. Se Gyeong waited for Seung Jo in the car and was proud of what he had done.

In Hwa finally watched the video and found out the dark secret between Yoon Joo and Se Gyeong.

When Se Gyeong came back, Seung Jo couldn’t wait to ask her if she’s gonna accept his love confession or not. Se Gyeong said yes. The nervous spectators finally could cheer.

And unlike any new couple where it was the man who walked the woman to the front door of her house, it was Se Gyeong who walked Seung Jo to the front of his apartment building.

Next day, Seung Jo picked up Se Gyeong at the office as they promised. Seung Jo was going to bring her to Paris like right then, he had prepared everything and even brought her to the airport. He had texted Ah Jeong to put in Se Gyeong’s passport in her bag at night…but the problem was, Se Gyeong had none.  So they just spent the day just like any new couples: taking pictures (best photobox pics ever^^), eating out…and tea drinking in the special place.

Seung Jo brought her to the tea place and sat in front of two paintings. “They’re my graduation project, the painting,” he told Se Gyeong. Then he told Se Gyeong about his life in Paris. He told her that he met a woman there and it was not his father who abandoned him, but it was him who gave up everything. That’s when he started to live a very hard life in Paris, not being able to come back. He started to have money when his painting was bought by someone for 30,000 euro. That’s when he started to walk the path to Artemis.
Then Se Gyeong thought it was the right time for her to tell Seung Jo her true feelings and the truth of almost everything. But Seung Jo was scared,so he told her to just wait for him to show her everything he was first then she could show him everything she was. This time, it was Seung Jo who drove Se Gyeong to her house. Yoon Joo was watching the scene from a far.

At home, Seung Jo prepared the red usb he’s been hesitating to give Se Gyeong in the red envelope. I think he had put a file that would show Se Gyeong his bleak past and his real relationship with his father.

In Hwa’s hope to get Seung Jo was getting higher as Tommy became her supporter…her Mr.Rabbit. Tommy even approached Seung Jo’s father to spread the idea of getting much closer to Shin family and what it would do good for the business.

Seung Jo received an invitation to Royal Group department store charity sale event.

Then in the Artemis department store where they’s still in the opening period of the collaboration event of Artemis and GN, Mr.Cha asked Seung Jo to eat out together…in a very weirdly awkward but hilarious way. They went to a sushi place and even before they start eating, they already argue about soy sauce. Then Mr.Cha tried to bring up Han Se Gyeong topic between them,but it just ruined the event more because it led to a longer debate between him and Seung Jo.

Dong Wook asked why Seung Jo had not yet send the usb to Se Gyeong. Seung Jo was nervous and worried about the answer she might give him after she knew the real story about him.

Yoon Joo was drunk at home and then called Se Gyeong. Se Gyeong told Yoon Joo that she would confess her feeling to ‘that man’ and be honest to him about everything, but Yoon Joo insisted her not to do it if she really wanted her plan to be successful. Yoon Joo was almost screaming saying “No, you can’t do that! Don’t confess!”

Se Gyeong’s little sister gave her a post from Seung Jo. It’s a red envelope with a red usb inside.

In the same time at the apartment complex, Seung Jo got a guest…a close neighbor: Yoon Joo. She came to him with already a shaking condition. She told him that what had happened between them was all his fault, none of them was hers. It was him who decided to give up everything for the sake of love between them. Such childish action that ruined everything.  Seung Jo told Yoon Joo how the whole thing wounded him so deeply and how hard his life had been that he waited patiently to meet her again to show her that he survive. However at the end, he apologized to Yoon joo for all mistakes he had done.

In the video, Seung Jo told Se Gyeong everything about him: his hard life, his past in Paris and how he had to sign a contract with his father that he wouldn’t take any penny from the old man and how his life had been so crazily hard after that. He showed Se Gyeong that he’s so far from a perfect person. He even shared his password to Se Gyeong that no one else in this world know, but he and her now. Se Gyeong was touched and moved that she rushed to Seung Jo’s place to confess her feeling and be honest to him about everything so they could have a real relationship.

But there Yoon Joo saw her running to Seung jo’s place so she tried to catch Se Gyeong. Yoon Joo caught Se gyeong when she almost hit Seung Jo’s door bell and dragged her out of the building again. She prevented Se Gyeong from being honest to Seung Jo. Se Gyeong wondered what made Yoon Joo act like this and how she could find her this far. Yoon Joo finally told her that she’s Seung Jo’s ex-wife, the woman who lived with him in Paris. She said Seung Jo had been left by two women in his life twice that he got so depress after what she had done…I dunno, she mentioned that Seung Jo got PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). And if Seung Jo had to find the truth about what Se Gyeong had done to him in the first place, he could die because of disappointment and frustration. What he needed was a belief that women could love him sincerely…with no other intention whatsoever. So Se Gyeong had to keep her secret, ever.

Seung Jo who got the text earlier from Se Gyeong that she’s coming, waited for Se Gyeong on the street. He finally met Se Gyeong who was actually on her way back. Seung Jo excitedly asked if she could except him with whatever he was: his wounded heart, his past, his father. Se Gyeong looked down and all she could say just “Yes” and “yes” to every questions Seung Jo asked her. Seung Jo could see she’s a bit ‘not cheerful’ so he asked if she’s okay or if she’s sick or something, Se Gyeong said she’s fine. Then they make another date promise for the next day.

It was the Royal Charity Bazaar at Royal Department Store. The whole Shin family was there, except for Yoon Joo, as well as Tommy and of course Royal Group President, Mr.Cha. Other chaebol ladies start to bring up the topic that how good it would be if Mr.Cha’s son would be couple with Shin In Hwa. Shin’s family’s hope was high, and of course In Hwa too. But then suddenly Seung Jo showed up before them with Se Gyeong in his hand.

Seung Jo straightly and bravely his father without any hesitation and said to him, “I have someone to introduce to you. My girlfriend, Han Se Gyeong. Say hi, this is my father. Father, i’m gonna get married.”

Well well….yeah like i said before, this drama has too much of the typical of kdrama plot line. It’s a bit cheesy i think when a man so madly in love with a girl that he just dated a couple time but then introduced her to his father as….future wife??  Not that fast, please.

Se Gyeong went to church to pray. She asked God to bless her and let her do well with Seung Jo and let her love him sincerely always.
Seung Jo came to Se Gyeong’s house bringing many snacks and some drinks. He was welcomed by Se Gyeong’s family. He gave the parents the official deep bow and confessed his real identity, as well as his feelings for Se Gyeong. Seung jo asked Se Gyeong’s family to help him.

Se Gyeong was already in front of her house when Tommy Hong came to her. He showed her what he had: her phone.
Tommy kind of threatened her that he knew Se Gyeong actually already had known that Secretary Kim was President Cha, but she pretended not knowing and surprised when Seung Jo confessed. Tommy knew it’s her trick to get Seung Jo, he knows that kind of game well. Then Tommy asked her to quietely go away to attend fashion school in Paris in order to give way for Shin In Hwa.

When Se Gyeong arrived home, she found Seung Jo was drunk and singing together with the family. Se Gyeong didn’t join the crowd, but put her self in the corner of her room..crying alone.

In the office, Shin In Hwa approached Se Gyeong to ask her again how she could get the vvip invitation for the party. Se Gyeong said that she got connected with the President because of her boy friend’s issue. She said she wrote a personal letter to the President. In Hwa didn’t take any more curiosity to Se Gyeong, instead she was kind of inspired.

Seung Jo was attending the launching of Artemis and NG collaboration. Shin In Hwa was trying her best to get Seung Jo’s attention: by writing greeting cards by her own hand writing, taking Seung Jo’s hand during photo session. Seo Yoon Joo came with her husband and faced both Seung Jo and Seung Jo’s father bravely. Mr.Cha kept his word by saying nothing about Yoon Joo’s history.

Seung Jo tried to make Se Gyeong went out with him, but Se Gyeog determined to finish her work. Seung Jo left but then sent her a text. While Se Gyeong was reading the text, Seung Jo was peeking from behind, so when Se Gyeong turned around, they kissed. Seung jo started his loony dance again saying he’d never give up on her.

On her way out,Se Gyeong met Yoon Joo and they both went out for a drink. These two ladies were drinking for their tough lives. They wondered why it’s only them who had to go through such kind of lives. Then Se Gyeong was trying to persuade Tommy to spare her, but Tommy didn’t buy it. Se Gyeong drank herself out that night.

Yoon Joo left a bit sober than Se Gyeong. Then she heard a text coming for Se Gyeong. She read the text from “Secreatary Kim” for Se Gyeong. So she replied and told him that Se Gyeong was drunk. Seung Jo hurriedly to the drinking place and happily carried Se Gyeong on his back to her home. Yoon Joo saw Seung Jo came and brought Se Gyeong away. She figured out that Seung Jo was the Mr.Rabbit Se Gyeong was talking about.

Putting Se Gyeong on the bed, Seung Jo talked to the sleeping her. He hoped Se Gyeong to be able to see his sincere feelings. And as he left, Se Gyeong turned…she was not sleeping at all.

The next day, Seung Jo with the help of both of his friends and Se Gyeong’s closest girls: Ah Jeong and Se Gyeong’s sister, prepared a surprise romantic dinner for Se Gyeong. The girls kind of pretend they invited her to eat out. Meanwhile Dong wook and Secretary moon, as well as Driver Kim, helped Seung Jo preparing everything on set.

In the same time, Se Gyeong was meeting Tommy, having a final discussion about Tommy’s offer. Se Gyeong asked what if this time she said that she’s truly in love with Seung Jo. Tommy made a laugh of it. Even if she said she’s in love, it’s a wicked love. Tommy understood Se Gyeong, but it would never end happily for Se Gyeong anyway.

At the dinner place, the girls came and reported to Seung Jo that Se Gyeong was nowhere to be found. In the right time, Se Gyeong called Seung Jo. She said she knew about the plan, but she couldn’t come. “You and I cannot be together,” said Se Gyeong sadly. Seung Jo almost give up, but Dong Wook was the one who lifted up his fighting spirit again. He told Seung Jo that he should show Se Gyeong all the efforts he had been doing in order to get her heart. Then Ah Jeong said she could track Se Gyeong’s where about because she knew her mobile security number.

They looked for Se Gyeong somewhere by the river. It was Seung Jo who found her down near the water. He approached Se Gyeong and hugged her tight. Seung Jo said he didn’t want to give up on her. “I’m not a perfect person. My mother left when I was a kid. My ex-wife suddenly left me in the past. I don’t want to give up on you.”

Se Gyeong finally changed her mind. She asked SEung Jo to give her one hour. Se gyeong rushed to Tommy’s office. She throw to Tommy’s desk the contract she was supposed to sign on the previous meeting.

Sorry to say, this drama kind of disappoints me. I don’t like why they have to make it really “drama style”…with all cheesy ideas. The two leading characters are interesting…but they should wrap it in a more classy story. Moon Goon Yeong is definitely my favorite actress and I’m kind of expecting this drama would be as good as “Cinderella’s Sister.” I don’t know if you guys are in the same opinion as me…or it just me who feel this way.

When he got off the lift, Seung Jo had to ask Secretary Moon many times (“really really?” and then “really really really?”) if it’s true that Se Gyeong had a crush on him. Seung Jo couldn’t hide his happiness, he started to act lunatic again actually. “Since when she liked you?” asked Dong Wook. “Maybe since hi five?” He said comically. Then Dong Wook told him to confess to Se Gyeong about his true identity. He started to be panic.Dong Wook reminded him that him being the President is merely for fashion. His true self is Cha Seung Jo, that one thing he should remember about.

In separate place, Yoon Joo kneeled down in front of Mr.Cha, asked him to keep her secret. But Mr.Cha didn’t intend to give any mercy to Yoon Joo.

Se Gyeong met Tommy hong and Shin In Hwa. She approached Se Gyeong what she was doing there and if she knew anyone. Se Gyeong said she was invited and she knew the President personally.

Behind the stage, Seung Jo needed 2 men to calm him down. He had to give some speech, considering the party was his party. He freaked out until Secretary Moon said that he should show sincerity to the woman he liked.

So there Seung Jo going on to the stage. From outside he’s the stern and serious Artemis Korea President Jean Thierry Cha. But in his heart, Cha Seung Jo narrated, “Han S eGyeong, are you watching me now? Do you remember? Our conversation. Things we want to do together. Our journey begins now.” But Se Gyeong was no where within his sight. Se Gyeong had left earlier and she forgot her phone. Tommy Hong got it.

Se Gyeong was meeting Ah Jeong. Ah Jeong was the one who was excited. So actually, S e Gyeong is hitting her own target. But Se Gyeong cried. Though she said she was crying because she;s happy, I think the condition for her heart is more like this: Se Gyeong almost let go of her ambition and was liking Seung Jo really for who he was, Secretary Kim. So when she found out that the man she had a heart to was actually her target, she felt bad that she should deceive him.

Seung Jo tried to calm down and stayed in the party. Dong Wook actually who reminded him to stay because it’s his party. When In Hwa was trying to get his attention, Seung Jo saw Tommy Hong, approached him and  asking if he met Se Gyeong and if he apologized to her. Tommy had his excuse, but Seung Jo listened to him no more.

Se Gyeong had a time for herself, trying to convince herself that she should stop her plan (and then hurting herself and Seung Jo) before she changed her mind. But she did continue of course, there seem to have a no way back. She was packing the gown Seung Jo had given to her and also an accompanying letter, when Yoon Joo suddenly came to her house crying.

Meanwhile Seung Jo got anxious because Se Gyeong didn’t pick up his call. Dong Wook asked if he missed her. This time Seung Jo admitted that he did and he did like Se Gyeong.

Yoon Joo brought Se Gyeong to a particular suite. She’s showing Se Gyeong her tough road reaching the place she’s now and how to keep it all. “Do you really want to live this kind of life?” Yoon Joo told Se Gyeong about her first marriage and how love had ruined it all. Se Gyeong told Yoon Joo that she fell for someone whom she thought someone else but turned out to be her target. Yoon Joo said that they could not have both business and love. Se Gyeong said she understood how greedy it was to expect that she could get both love and business, but she would pursue it anyway.

Seung Jo received back the gown he had given to Se gyeong, along with a letter. In the letter Se Gyeong kind of said that she would step back from it all. She said she’s sorry and felt so grateful for what he had done all this time. This letter made Seung Jo got crazy. He rushed to GN and tried to call several times. But Se gyeong was no where to be found. Even when he came to her house, her sister and mother said they didn’t know where she was….which actually was not 100% true. The little sister worked together with Ah Jeong and Se Gyeong because she actually knew both girls were in public bath.

Meanwhile Tommy Hong who got Se Gyeong’s phone, browse it and wondered about the person called Secretary Kim. Then he saw Ah Jeong’s text history telling Se Gyeong that Secretary Kim was Jean Thierry. When Seung Jo called Se Gyeong’s phone in front of GN, Tommy actually picked it up. Hearing Seung Jo’s voice kind of confirmed that Seung Jo was Secretary Kim.

Dong Wook searched for Se Gyeong to her home address and then met her sister instead. Se Gyeong’s sister brought Dong wook to her working place and insisted him buying 7 pair of glasses to make her agree telling him where her sister was. And after Dong Wook got the info, he immediately shared it with Seung Jo and Seung Jo who was in a meeting hurriedly went to the place where Se gyeong was. Tommy’s spy who stick around Seung Jo immediately informed Tommy, and so he rushed to the location too.

Se gyeong fled as Ah Jeong called her through the information office phone. Se Gyeong tried to flee but Seung Jo was already in the parking lot. He saw Se Gyeong and ran to get her. But Se gyeong hid herself behind one of the cars in he parking lot and Seung Jo had to run here and there calling out her name.

“Okay, if I cannot see you, I will just tell you as you can hear me. Han Se Gyeong, I have something to tell you. I am actually Jean Thierry Cha.”

Se Gyeong finally showed up. She looked tense, but inside her heart, in a bitter tone she said, “Han Se Gyeong, you did well.”

As holiday season is coming I’ve been terribly busy on weekends that I even missed episode 7. But I try to keep it up as the story is getting more interesting. I know Cheongdamdong Alice got a tough rating competition with May Queen, but I don’t really care. I like that Geung Yeong’s character, Se Gyeong, is a desperate character with high fighting spirit. She decided to continue on her plan getting herself to be part of Cheongdamdong elite life and be free from poverty even though the price is that she has to deceive the man she actually likes. I somehow agree that in life we cannot be greedy expecting that we can get business and love in one hug, but it’s not something impossible to get. And if I were Se Gyeong, I think I wouldn’t let it go either when finally I found out that both of love and business are all closer to my hands. Hehe, this makes me sound like a greedy girl, but heyyy life is a tough competition. Life teaches me that once a great opportunity comes to you, you have to grab it in the first pop up, because moment like that would never come twice.
