Young Kwang was fully recovered and visiting Mrs. Yoon’s room to tell Jae In that he’s going home. But he didn’t find her there, just Mrs. Yoon. “How are you, Ma’am…or should I call you ajeummoni? Or maybe mother(in-law)?” Young Kwang was about to leave when he realized that Mrs.Yoon woke up from her coma! Jae In came in the right time.

Before going home, Young Kwang told Jae In that he’s going back to baseball. Then he brought up their childhood unfinished business. Young Kwang asked the same question he asked Jae In when they’re still kids: “Will you marry me? If I become the home run king, will you marry me?”

With Young Kwang officially resigning to go back to baseball, Seo In Woo came to Heo Yeong Do telling that he took over Geodae baseball team to help Young Kwang after everything he had done. Knowing Young Kwang’s chance in the league would be small with his previous bad record, In Woo asked Heo Yeong Do to step forward and help that man too.

Seo In Cheol indeed led the company. In Woo told him that he’s gonna stay for awhile in the company, joining business strategy department and he challenged that one day, he might be the one who stumble In Cheol down like what he did to his own uncle. Of course In Cheol took that as a mere boast.

After a long time off, Young Kwang’s batting ability was getting helpless. He got a surprise private coaches. Heo Yeong Do’s core team, besides Cha Hong Joo, were all former baseball players who played in Geodae team. Joo Dae Seong was once a pitcher whose specialty was a bending ball (sort of like Beckham? maybe ) So They coached Young Kwang before he started the real coaching in the team.

Once after his practice, in the change room Young Kwang found Jae In’s memo, including her lucky pendant, saying “You MUST become the home run king. Got that?”

And times went by…

Jae In was back to her hectic nursing job in the ER. She worked under the same Head Nurse again. But this time the Head Nurse did gave her a compliment after Jae In did a good job in her work.

Meanwhile the improved Kim Young Kwang Player only needed a chance to raise from his deep fall, and a chance he got. Many of the primary league players were injured and the team needed some qualified players from the second league and they involved Young Kwang. Everyone was excited to watch Geodae’s team match, including Heo Yeong Do’s team and Jae In. However, because there’s an emergency situation, she couldn’t get to the match on time.

Young Kwang was finally summoned when Geodae’s situation was critical. Jae In was at the lobby when she saw Young Kwang on his base ready to hit the ball. Young Kwang kissed the pendant before he started. He let go the two first ball…but on the third throw, he hit the ball hard and it’s a home run.

In Woo watched the game from afar, saying in a joke to himself that it wouldn’t be good if Young Kwang kept doing good job like that he could really be the home run king>> and married to Jae In. But of course at that state, In Woo knew that he’s out of the league. He could only focus on his work and the way to bring In Cheol down. And there he got the Gyeong Joo noona to be his alliance. Gyeong Joo handed him the documents telling In Cheol’s illegal funding and all his business crime. Gyeong Joo told In Woo that she did it because she couldn’t forgive In Cheol. She found his late father’s mobile in In Cheol’s drawer.

And everyone found their happyness, too. The mother and grandmother looked happy running the noodle shop, even though grandmother’s illness was not getting better, at least she didn’t get really worse. And Jin Joo found a boy friend who was his customer at the coffee shop and also a fan of Geodae baseball team.

Heo Yeong Do’s team was getting more solid and making bigger achievement in their works.

But for this picture…hmm, actually  I didn’t really get it. It’s just too staged about the idea of putting Mrs.Yoon and In Woo sitting on that bench in the snow together taking picture… people could mistaken that scene as lovers scene, don’t you think? especially with In Woo’s narration of: “I want to learn how to love again…”

And it was in a snowing evening when Young Kwang came to surprise Jae In. He made a time to visit her between his busy schedule. His ultimate goal that evening was to say:

“So I ask you again Yoo Jae In. Will you marry me? When I become a home run king?” (Oh I always love Cheon Jeong Myeong’s childish smile)

Jae In didn’t say a word…but she smiled widely.

Happy ending, as I had guessed.

I’m so sorry if you feel that I don’t give myself fully in writing this drama, because frankly it’s not my favorite. But I did try to keep updating the drama by writing this summary.

I’ll see you again soon in the next summary project. I’m thinking about a drama that’ll make me laugh out loud every twice a week. Hopefully no chaebol thingy either…

Oops so sorry I just realized that Rizz only made brief articles about 2011 KBS Drama Awards. She didn’t cover the other winners. So let me make this article longer to show the other winners.

The event was held at night on December 31st. Many actors and actresses came to that big event. That night Jeon Hyeon Moo, Han Hye Jin, and Joo Won got the duty as the MCs. They did their job very well, especially for Joo Won, even though it’s new for him. He could handle the event, and actually the seonbae-deul always helped him.

As we know before that KBS’s on going drama “Brain” got highly attention from the public recently due to the story and of course the actors, so i think it’s really proper if Shin Han Kyun who plays as Doctor   Lee Kang Hoon on that drama got the highest prize, the Daesang Award, Rizz already made article about these before.

Actually, Park Shi Hoo also was predicted to get the Daesang Award for his acting on “Princess’s Man”. But he had give up to Shin Han Kyun. He wasn’t too sad that night because he’s honored Top Excellence Actor Award alongside his co-worker on Princess’s Man, Moon Chae Won who got Top Excellence Actress.

On his speech, Park Shi Hoo talked about his career during 2011. He felt really fortunate, and got the award made him closer to his goals, and he promise in 2012 he would continue to become a better actor. He thanked his family, his company and of course his fans. Meanwhile, Moon Chae Won was really grateful about “Princess’s Man” at first this drama had so many trouble during the production, but it turned out that the drama was really success. Then what made her happier was the fact the she could get that award, she was glad that her hard work was paid off.

Heo Yeong Do’s team worked together with Jae In by making a live broadcast of Jae In’s conversation with Chairman Seo. Jae In asked him nicely to resign from his position because of his sins for the company related to the tax and illegal funding. Chairman Seo of course refused. His point was no matter how dirty the path way was, as long as he could retain the company, he would do that because the company was his.

Chairman Seo was surprised when knowing that the whole employees in the company, including the board of directors who were waiting out side the meeting room heard all the things he just said. Chairman Seo had no other choice but to give up his position.

In Woo came and said “It’s all over, Father. Let’s go home.” Chairman Seo didn’t want to give up at fitst but finally agreed to go home with his son. But out of everyone’s plan, Prosecutor Oh came to arrest Chairman Seo. It was actually In Cheol’s plan. In Woo asked Prosecutor Oh about Young Kwang. She said the police had been ordered to find and help him. In Cheol called In Woo saying that it’s the price he had to pay for trying to bring him down. Kim Young Kwang was the one who had to pay In Woo’s mistake. Unexpectedly, Gyeong Joo heard that phone conversation and she finally realized that In Cheol was just purely evil.

While In Woo and the police were wondering about Young Kwang’s where about, all Young Kwang had to do was to endure all the torture for an hour. He succeeded to made a phone call to In Woo to tell him about his position. In Woo and the policemen went hurriedly to rescue Young Kwang. But that scared-face man beat Young Kwang severely.

That man was about to hit Young Kwang’s head with fire extinguisher when the police and In Woo came on time. Jae In and Heo Yeong Do’s team came several minutes after that.

Young Kwang’s condition was bad. Jae In held him while they’re waiting for an ambulance. Young Kwang was supposed to stay awake, but he passed out. Everyone was in real shock. Of course he’s not dead.

In the prosecutor office, In Woo asked to interrogate the kidnapper by himself. But Prosecutor Oh said that man had confessed that the man behind him was none other than Chairman Seo. He even gave a fake reason why Chairman Seo could do such a thing to his own son. Then Prosecutor Oh was interrogating Chairman Seo who refused to talk. She then told him that the kidnapper of his son had confessed that he was the one behind all his son’s kidnap and beating incidents. Chairman Seo kind of knew who’s actually behind all that, and he suddenly looked ill and said, “I don’t have much time left…” then collapsed.

Chairman Seo was suffered from a terminal level lung cancer.

And look who’s got the big smiles lately? Seo In Cheol’s plans ran smoothly and on target. He treat the directors a tea banquet. The directors were on the same voice that they support Seo In Cheol to be the next chairman.

Seo Jae Myeong refused to receive the treatment. But surprisingly Jae In came and encouraged him (in cynical way) to survive. She said he had to live in order to get the company back. Seo Jae Myeong asked why Jae In did that. Jae In said, “I’m not doing this for you. I’m doing this for myself that I don’t want to have any regrets in the future. I want to forgive you.”

Young Kwang got a surgery and wasn’t unconcious for four days. Jae In didn’t tell the family the truth. She just said that Young Kwang was fighting some bad guys. On the fourth day Young Kwang was awake. He was about to tell Jae In about his dream while he was sleeping, but the family burst into the room, so he held the story.

In Cheol visited his uncle on his sick bed. Seo Jae Myeong scolded him as an ungrateful brat. In Cheol said he was learning from the master, Seo Jae Myeong himself. He knew he was taken to the home, being raised and given a high position at the company not for himself. Seo Jae Myeong just used him for his own benefit. “So how you took the company from Yoon Il Goo, I’m doing the same thing to you now.”

Seo Jae Myeong was reaching for his medication, but In Cheol dropped it. Seo Jae Myeong’s condition got worse.

Seo Jae Myeong knew it was his time to go. On his last breath, he narrated that he would never regret everything he had done in his life, but one thing. He imagined if only on the car accident 17 years ago, it was his friend Yoon Il Goo was the one he pulled out from the sinking car…the fate would be different, and he would probably ran different life. Seo Jae Myeong took his last breath in accompany of his son and his fateful wife. At the end, this evil man was only human…

And we still have one more episode to go…

Remember the night when In Woo suddenly came to meet Young Kwang in front of his house in the previous episode? My guess was right, they’re planning on something. In Woo said he would sue Young Kwang even though he knew precisely that Young Kwang wasn’t the culprit. He asked Young Kwang to believe him. Then In Woo called his father and told him about what In Cheol had done.

As soon as they heard the news about Young Kwang’s being arrested by the police  Heo Yeong Do team came to the police station. But surprisingly they found Young Kwang in a very well condition that he was even enjoying a bowl of noodles. Meanwhile all the policemen were hurriedly back to GeoDae to search for the CCTV video for proof.

Seo In Cheol found out that the video hasn’t been erased, so he quickly ran to the control room. He was very surprise finding his uncle there, looking at him in flare of hatred in his eyes. In Cheol told Chairman Seo that it’s not like what he thought, but Chairman Seo knew that he’d been backstabbing him. “The man on the video was the same man who brought Yeo Eun Joo on the wheelchair during the share holder meeting the other day, wasn’t him??”

And right after he’s dealing with Chairman Seo, In Woo also confronted him. In Woo asked him for the last time, “Tell me, was it you, Hyeong, or was it father?” And Seo In Cheol in his typical cold expression just smirk and said, “You’ve decided to start this, so you better play until the end to find out the answer.”

In worry about Kim Young Kwang’s safety, In Woo had told Prosecutor Oh to keep Young Kwang behind the bars until morning. Meanwhile at his house, Jin Joo freaked out because he had lost her grandmother. Mrs. Kim and Jin Joo went out to search for her but they couldn’t find her anywhere.

In panic, Jin Joo tried to call Gyeong Joo, but she was with In Cheol in the hotel. Then she called Young Kwang but he’s not answering. After Young Kwang successfully persuaded the officer to let him make a call home and found missed calls from home, he called back and found out about his grandmother’s missing. Being unable to go anywhere, he called Jae In for help.

Jae In heard about grandmother’s illness and she hurriedly searched her around the city. Meanwhile Young Kwang tried to reason with the policeman telling him about his grandmother’s illness and situation. The policeman finally let him go.

And Jae In finally found grandmother at a corner of a street. She told Jae In that she was waiting for her to come home. Both of Jae In and Young Kwang brought grandmother home safe and sound. And Mrs. Kim made Jae In stayed overnight.

The next morning, Chairman Seo called some directors for a meeting and tried to convince them to support him fighting Jae In and her bizarre idea of distributing the shares to the employees. He convinced them that there’s no one more capable of running the company other than him.

Meanwhile at Kim’s House, everyone was enjoying breakfast. For a moment, they’re back to the time when the family was still completed by Jae In…felt like she never had left.

Heo Yeong Do’s team was in full spirit to keep the ball rolling. They’re ready to finish the war with victory. They had 3 days before the deadline of making sure that the registration of the new shares from the employees reach 50% again, otherwise they wouldn’t win on the share holder meeting.

Jae In had to make sure the employees register for the new shares and their accumulation had to reach 50%. Unfortunately they didn’t reach the target. When everyone was down, Seo In Cheol suddenly came out and told them he had the last turf that could bring down Chairman Seo. In Cheol definitely had a hidden agenda, but he’s too smart in reading Jae In’s character. But Heo Yeong Do and Young Kwang didn’t take him that easy.

Young Kwang confronted him telling that above all people in his team, he’s the one who could never believe on In Cheol. He still suspected In Cheol’s involvement in his father’s death.

And it’s good to see these two rivals eventually became a solid team. They had one voice to bring In Cheol down. In Woo told Young Kwang he had a plan and all he needed to do was to believe in him till the end. Young Kwang agreed. He needed Young Kwang as a bait to make the real culprit to come out. Young Kwang just needed to hold him for an hour. In Woo had his man follow Young Kwang everywhere.

But what they didn’t know was Seo In Cheol had anticipated their alliance and he had a more vicious plan.

The real culprit finally showed up. Young Kwang remembered what In Woo said. All he needed to do was to hold him and his men for an hour.

In Woo informed Young Kwang’s situation to Prosecutor Oh. She was the one who could help both men. But what In Woo didn’t know was, In Cheol had actually sent a message to Prosecutor Oh, “If you want to catch Seo Jae Myeong, come to Geo Dae at 11.”

So In Woo had planned everything to happen in the same time. He had made Jae In showed up in the share holder meeting with him with the proofs of Chairman Seo had been vexing the tax and also had some illegal fundings. And In Cheol ordered his men to finish up Young Kwang on the hospital basement.

Prosecutor Oh had to choose, between helping In Woo to catch his kidnapper or hand cuffing Seo Jae Myeong after all these years.

Sorry i’ve been very late posting this summary. Well, episode 23 had aired last night and we’re one more episode to the end.

Park Min Yeong shows her other side charm. If usually she is adorable and sweet girl, on Singles Magazine for January issue, she looks glamorous, darker and bold. With smokey eyes she performs her sexy image and pretty legs.

This pictorial was made in the middle of her tight schedule, but now she’s wrapping her drama “Man of Honor” (Glory Jane), because this week the last episode (episode 24) will be airing.

Young Kwang couldn’t stop Jae In from announcing her plan of distributing her 50% company’s shares to all GeoDae’s employees. He just waited outside to give himself a space to breathe and think about everything. Meanwhile, the furious Chairman Seo sent all his troops to the studio. Young Kwang stood still and tried to stop them from coming into the studio. He thought he was alone, but one by one the other Heo Yeong Do’s team were coming and made a human barricade (Young Kwang excluded Cha Hong Joo from the line) to block Chairman Seo’s men attempt on breaking into the studio. But 3 men against many was a bit hard. Fortunately, by the time they broke the door, Jae In had just finished her announcement.

Young Kwang narrated: “To be honest, I don’t understand why you’re doing this. But seeing your smile is back, for me that’s enough.”

Seo In Cheol called Jae In to meet. He told her to take back her announcement and told her that it was a very lame idea. Jae In refused to cooperate and she insisted on proceeding her plan. Seo In Cheol was ready for the war, too.

Heo Yeong Do team thought they’re untouchable. But I wondered why the didn’t see it coming at all? The team was disbanded. Joo Dae Seong and Cha Hong Joo were each appointed to other departments. And the open recruitment was cancel, so that meant Young Kwang and Geun Bok wouldn’t be the employee of GeoDae company. Everyone was upset. But Heo Yeong Do, in bitterness, said that the company is an organization. They should obey what the leader said.

Seo In Cheol told In Woo about Chairman Seo’s disbanding Heo Yeong Do’s team and his plan to sue Young Kwang for he did to In Woo in the warehouse. In Woo was angry, knowing that his cousing had to up to something. “Are you going to use me again like when I was a kid? I know it wasn’t Kim Young Kwang who beat me up.” Seo In Cheol just left with a smile on his face.

Watching Heo Yeong Do’s team was disbanded in front of her eyes, Jae In confronted Chairman Seo. “What are going to do next after this??” asked Jae In. Chairman Seo said he would make Jae In lost everything. He was about leave the office when finding out that In Woo was actually behind the door. “If you do that to her, you will lose me as well,” In Woo said. “Are you threatening you own father?” asked Chairman Seo. “No, as a son, this is a request, Father.”

In  the elevator Jae In told In Woo not to do that, fighting his own father for her. But In Woo said he would protect her no matter what, even though the truth was he was actually so scare. He had no idea where it would lead him, but he would go on with it.

Grandmother’s is suffered from Alzheimer, the doctor had confirmed that to Mrs. Kim. Then at home, she made the announcement to her three kids. Jin Joo was the most hysterical. The Grandma kept thinking that Jae In still lived at their house. She asked Young Kwang to also look for Jae In since he said he was going out for a fresh air.

Young Kwang was sitting in front of the noodles shop, thinking about the problems in his life and in his family’s life, when Seo In Woo came. He said he would sue him because Young Kwang had beaten him in the warehouse. I was sure that they’re up to something with that case.

Jae In was opening the department that would handle the share’s distribution to the company’s employees. She brought along her group of attorneys. However, no body appear to claim their rights. She didn’t that Chairman Seo was trying to convince all the managers that Jae In’s just joking around and the president of the company was still him. Heo Yeong Do watched the situation and decided to start doing some actions too. He took out his mobile and started calling his old team.

Joo Dae Seong and Cha Hong Joo responded immediately as they received the text. Meanwhile Young Kwang and Oh Geun Bok were summoned and ordered to follow him to the lobby. He was making a public protest about the sudden-with-no-solid-reason cancellation of the open recruitment program and if the program was just a kind of joke. Young Kwang and Geun Bok followed his action. Other employees started to question what had the company done to this most solid marketing department that contribute to 30% of the company’s profit?

Cha Hong Joo’s job was to publicize the provocative posters showing how Chairman Seo’s man tried to beat Young Kwang in front of the studio when Jae In’s making the announcement.

And Joo Dae Seong was in charge in creating a buzz among the netizens.

And then Heo Yeong Do put on a show when Chairman Seo’s men were using violence when trying to send him away from the lobby. Heo Yeong Do pretended that he collapsed due to his high blood pressure. Cha Hong Joo called out the paramedic while Joo Dae Seong was screaming like crazy to everyone watching, “Does the company has to go this far to us while we just asking them to give an explanation for the cancellation of the open recruitment program?” After the paramedic took away Heo Yeong Do, Young Kwang and Geun Bok continued on the protest action. Other employees started to follow them.

Meanwhile, Jae In’s worry finally ended when the old security guy was the first man to come to claim his right of the share. Then when Jae In checked outside, team leader Go was there along with other people who eventually showed up.

But then Jae In was informed that something bad happened to Kim Young Kwang. When Jae In arrived at the lobby, two police officers were handcuffing Young Kwang and brought him away.

Meanwhile In Woo was meeting Prosecutor Oh. I bet the two boys were working together to help Jae In…

The old man decided to accept Young Kwang’s proposal to give his life as the guarantee to let him borrow a large amount of money. Young Kwang thought the old man wanted part of his body literally, but it turned out that the old man kind of wanted his loyalty by working for him for the rest of his life. Young Kwang imagining himself as a shoe polisher and a loan shark.

Last time Heo Yeong Do told Jae In if she continued on the fight against Chairman Seo without a solid plan he would be the one who destryoed her. But then he said “therefore, let’s do it together.” Heo Yeong Do told her that he would support and help her. He started by giving her an address where she could borrow a large amount of money from.  Surprisingly, we just found out that the man behind the idea of Heo Yeong Do meeting Jae In in the hospital was actually Young Kwang.

In Woo got cold responses from his parents the whole morning. But he had his arguments and looked very confidence that his making Jae In falling for him was the best way to save everyone. And despite the war between Jae In and In Woo’s parents, their relationship actually stayed cool. Jae In might not fall for In Woo even after the kiss, but she couldn’t ever hate him.

Jae In went arounf the whole Bukcheon area to find the address Heo Yeong Do gave her and finally arrived in the Old man’s house. Surprisingly, Chairman Seo was already there. They came with the same mission: borrowing money from the old man. Chairman Seo was so upset when the old man said that he had to lend his money to Yoon Jae In because the young man named Kim Young Kwang had given him a guarantee for doing that.

Jae In was happy at first, but after Chairman Seo left, the old man told her that Kim Young Kwang’s guarantee was actually his own life.

Chairman Seo was so upset that he planned to kick Young Kwang from the company. He ordered In Cheol to do the job and didn’t care what kind of method he would use. Seo In Cheol reminded him that Heo Yeong Do might not stay still about it, Chairman Seo said if that happened then they could dismiss Heo Yeong Do’s team as well.

Gyeong Joo knew the plan and worried about her brother. She confronted Jae In to give up her revenge because it would hurt so many innocent people, especially Young Kwang.

In Heo Yeong Do team, continuing the 100 items order in the previous episode, the team got a complain that they miscounted the items. It lack 2 more jackets. It was actually Cha Hong Joo’s doing, but Heo Yeong Do insisted Young Kwang to take the responsibility. Young Kwang was sent to the warehouse again, but alone this time.

In the dark warehouse Young Kwang was suddenly aware that he wasn’t all alone. There’s a mysterious man might be going to hurt him. But then he found In Woo who said was going to help him. In Woo convinced Young Kwang that he’s sincere. But then the light turned off , a smoke raised up and they spotted the mysterious man. They found themselves locked in the warehouse. Young  Kwang told In Woo to activate the fire alarm while he went away to catch the mysterious man. Young Kwang left his suit and his cell phone.

Jae In found out that Young Kwang was still in the warehouse while the fire alarm started screaming. She called him, but In Woo was the one who answer the phone. Jae In ran to the warehouse to open the door for them.

And right after In Woo hung up the phone, he saw this scary face from his childhood. So it wasn’t actually Chairman Seo who made him getting the seizure whenever he’s scared. It seemed that In Woo was kidnapped by this person when he was a kid. And then the man started beating In Woo.

Meanwhile Young Kwang freezed when he saw Oh Geun Bok showed up in front of him holding a wooden bar. But then in a quick move he turned back and punched down the mysterious man behind him. So it was actually Team leader Ko who was the traitor. The whole 100-items-order incident was actually Heo Yeong Do’s scheme to reveal the traitor in his team. And they couldn’t believe that it was team leader Ko.

Jae In got into the warehouse and found In Woo was badly injured. Being hospitalized, Chairman Seo accused Young Kwang as the one who beat down his son. In Cheol showed him a tricky cut of cctv video that convinced Chairman Seo that Young Kwang was the bastard. Just look at In Cheol’s smile there…scary isn’t it?

Team Leader Ko made a public apologize to his team before leaving after being fired by Heo Yeong Do. He shut his mouth for the person who made him betray his own team. But it was interrupted by Seo In Cheol’s sudden visit to the office. He told them that Kim Young Kwang was guilty for what happen to Seo In Woo and he talked about the cctv video as the valid proof. He demanded Young Kwang to take responsibility by leaving the office for good. Heo Yeong Do, and the rest of the team, knew that wasn’t true. Heo Yeong Do stepped forward facing Seo In Woo that he wouldn’t let that unfairness happen and they would put the whole team in the line to prove that Young Kwang was innocent.

Yeong Kwang confronted Seo In Cheol that he wasn’t guilty and he could prove him that. He told In Cheol that no matter how hard they tried to bring him down, they wouldn’t make it because he wouldn’t give up. Seo In Cheol found that as a silly effort and left. Young Kwang suddenly shouted out loud: “Baassssyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaa!!!!” Gyeong Joo looked at the scene from the upstairs corridor and smiled.

Jae In was looking for her pendant that she had thrown away in front of the office in the previous episode. She couldn’t find it, but an old security guard did and handed it back to her. Jae In asked him if he knew about the late Chairman Yoon Il Goo, he said yes. He told her about how kind Chairman Yoon to his employees. For Chairman Yoon, the company was the employees.

Then Jae In made a surprising decision. She came to the old man and told him that she wouldn’t borrow any money from him, so he could “give back” Young Kwang his life. She had Ho Yeong Do to back her up and support her decision. She went to the announcing studio and started her speech. Meanwhile Young Kwang was trying to stop her after he read her written speech given by Cha Hong Joo and Joo Dae Seong.

Jae In started her speech: “My name is Yoon Jae In, i’m the daughter of the late Chairman Yoon Il Goo. From now on, I have decided to share all my 50% shares of the company to all Geo Dae’s employees.”

Young Kwang was confused when The old man told him to bring his guarantee if he really wanted to borrow such  a large amount of money. Young Kwang consulted the ex-loan shark. Oh Geun Bok was surprised about the possibility that the old man is the legendary the god of loan shark. After telling Young Kwang some scary old stories about the old man’s record, he told him that Young Kwang might have to put himself as a guarantee.

Jae In talked to In Cheol about the possibility of alliance. But In Cheol refused, reminding her that it was his uncle she was talking about, even though he’s on nobody’s side. But then Prosecutor Oh came with some lawyers that would help Jae In in claiming for her inheritance in property and company shares.

Jae In surprised the member of Seo residence by coming again in the morning telling that she’s going to live there too. She reminded them that the property was under her mother’s name and they had to pay 10 years of interest for using the property for free. She also threatened Mrs. Seo if she’s going to call the police to drag her out, she would tell people (through media) that the educated Mrs. Seo had kicked out the long lost daughter of her husband’s late best friend by calling a police. Mrs. Seo had no choice, but to suppress her anger.

In the office, Young Kwang was surprised by two news. Firstly, Heo Yeong Do told him that Jae In had voluntarily resigned for the reason of taking care of her sick mother. Young Kwang asked him to give Jae In one more day before he accepted her resignation. Heo Yeong Do agreed.

Secondly, a man from hiking association came protesting Young Kwang for being irresponsible. He had been waiting for the 100 items he had requested under the reception of an employee named Kim Young Kwang. Young Kwang said he never received such order, but then Heo Yeong Do told them to stop arguing and just start working to collect the 100 items and send them soon.

They finally succeeded to collect the items. During lunch, Oh Geun Bok got suspicious that someone had been trying to get Young Kwang kicked out of the job. He accused Joo Dae Seong. But then Joo Dae Seong attacked him back by accusing Oh Geun Bok since he’s the one who had more motive than him. They ended up having a saliva war 

Jae In overheard Mrs. Seo’s talk on the phone to her friends about a party that night that would be attended by many important people in financial business. Jae In surprised everyone with her presence in the party and with her stunning look. Okay, I have to admit that Park Min Yeong can be surprisingly very sexy…

Jae In approached Chairman Seo and his friends, and started to introduce herself as Yoon Il Goo’s daughter. Chairman Seo was trying to act as a good uncle, but Jae In obviously attacked him in front of everyone. “Oh, are you really happy that I come back, Uncle?” She said in a very cynical intonation. Everybody was confused, In Woo took her away to avoid the worst situation.

Seo In Woo told Jae In about his intention on standing by her side. Jae In doubted he could betray his own parents to help her. In Woo said he could and he had the best way for everyone. He said HE was the best thing Jae In could have to fight against his parents.

Then he leaned forward and started kissing her. Jae In was surprised at first, but realizing the shock on Mr. and Mrs. Seo’s face, Jae In closed her eyes and looked enjoying the kiss (and she kissed him back! Ha!)

And look who’s watching. No, not Lee Min Ho..at least on the camera, not him. It was Young Kwang who’s standing speechless there. How he could get there? While Jae In was already in the party, the Kim’s family was ready for their dinner. Mrs. Kim told Jin Joo that the noodle shop problem had been solved. And after dinner, Young Kwang  caught his mother having the certificate. He told her that even if Jae In gave it to them, they shouldn’t accept it. Since Jae In had been refusing Young Kwang’s call, he called In Woo to ask him about Jae In’s whereabout. “She’s in front of my eyes now,” said In Woo. So there he was, Young Kwang…felt empty watching Jae In making out with In Woo..

Jae In finally knew that Young Kwang was there, she kind of had no idea what to do. At first Young Kwang was going to leave, but then he came back and coldly handed her the certificate. “Is for this reason you quit Heo Yeong Do’s team? To take care of your sick mother, huh? I came just to give it back to you.”

Jae In went to the hospital and cried. She’s kind of slapped by Young Kwang’s words. But look who’s coming.

Meanwhile on the place, Young Kwang came back to see the old man. He said he’s going to give his life as the guarantee. The old man firstly refused, but Young Kwang said he had really nothing else to offer as a guarantee. He said that he really wanted to put Jae In’s life back to its right place, to give her back the life that had been taken away from her for years, and to see her smiling again. The old man accepted it.

Heo Yeong Do talking sense to Jae In. Well, in my opinion, there are only two rationalist characters in the drama while others are more dramatic: Heo Yeong Do and Seo In Cheol. Heo Yeong Do coldly told Jae In if she really thought of winning the fight against Chairman Seo alone. “And what’s next after you win the fight?” Heo Yeong Do told her that she shouldn’t forget the fact that Chairman Seo had been running the company very well and there around 4500 lifes of the employees and their families counting their lives on the company. She couldn’t be so reckless by putting such number of lives in line for the sake of her revenge. “If you keep doing things unplanned like this, don’t even think of beating down Seo Jae Myeong, you cannot even pass me.”

“So you better doing this in a right way, otherwise i’m gonna be the one who destroy you.”

Chairman Seo thought he almost succeeded to declare his full ownership of Geo Dae after Jae In signed the agreement and the shareholders agreed with him. Until suddenly an uninvited guest came on a wheelchair. The late Chairman Yoon’s wife resurrected. Everyone was surprise and the meeting was put on hold.

Looking at Mrs. Yoon’s condition, Chairman Seo didn’t feel under threat at all. He thought there’s nothing much that sick woman could do even though she constantly cursed at him and swore of getting a revenge. Chairman Seo asked her about who had helped her out of the hospital and told her about the meeting. She didn’t tell him anything. Chairman Seo talked something bad about the late Chairman Seo (about his weakness in running the company) and it made Mrs. Yoon furious that she even managed to stand on her feet and made few steps towards Chairman Seo’s desk. When Chairman Seo was distracted, Mrs. Yoon took the envelope knife and stabbed it to Chairman Seo’s arm.

As Chairman Seo was growling, all his staffs and In Cheol burst into the room. They ran him to hospital, leaving the exhausted and frustrated Mrs. Yoon crawling on the floor. For the first time after their years of separation, Jae In held her mother again. Young Kwang and his sister just watching from out side the room. Unfortunately, Mrs. Yoon had used most of her energy while her condition was actually still weak. So she soon passed out and Young Kwang ran her to the hospital.

Mrs. Yoon was back to coma. Jae In turned cold as she witnessed everything in one day. Young Kwang stayed beside her on the waiting room. Seo In Woo saw them and approached them. The first thing he said was asking if Jae In was okay. Jae In coldly told him that how could he still ask her after all this time she’d been fooled by her father telling that her mother was dead and then she finally met her, but then she’s back to crisis. In Woo tried to defense himself, but Jae In insisted him to leave. Later on Young Kwang talked to In Woo and told him to leave Jae In alone for awhile.

In the hospital lobby, Jae In saw Chairman Seo was leaving the hospital with his staffs. She couldn’t hold her anger and was about to approach him when a hand grabbed her away. It was Seo In Woo. He told her it wasn’t the best time to confront him. In Woo then told her that he didn’t know about his father’s lie. But Jae In was still angry and she didn’t want to listen to him any longer. She just left.

Ah, anyway, In Cheol just found out that Chairman Seo was sick. That’s the reason why he was so insistence to make In Woo his successor soon, pushed Jae In to sign the agreement and all his rush plan. The symptoms he had been showing was a real thing. That evil man was badly ill.

Young Kwang discussed Jae In’s matter with Heo Yeong Do. They need to find a way in helping her fighting Chairman Seo. Heo Yeong Do then told him that there’s actually one thing that can help: money. He knew that the chairman seemed to face a financial problem in business. So money was the key.

Young Kwang visited the cranky old man to just have a chat and have his shoes polished. He told the old man that he needed lots of money to help someone. The old man right guessed him, “It must be (for) a girl!” Young Kwang said yes. When the old man asked him who the girl was, Young Kwang explained Jae In’s situation, including the scheme of helping her to fight against Chairman Seo. The old man was surprised, “Yoon Il Goo’s missing daughter is alive??” Young Kwang asked if he knew them. The old man denied.

That night Young Kwang was planning to accompany Jae In in the hospital, but found her no where. Jae In was actually going to see Prosecutor Oh. In a dark corridor, Young Kwang sensed that someone had been following him. And yes, someone pat his shoulder and Young Kwang was ready to punch him when he found a polite man asking nicely if he was Kim Young Kwang.

Jae In figured out there had to be something happened in the past that made Chairman Seo tried to keep Jae In away from her mom, made her sign an agreement related to the company, and her mother hatred towards Chairman Seo. She asked Prosecutor Oh to tell her what really happened in the past and she did.

Young Kwang was brought into a big house of a wealthy man. Young Kwang had no idea what happened and who the man he’s meeting was, until he saw the tent’s part he gave the old man the other day. He realized that the wealthy man who summoned him was actually the old man who polished his shoes!

Knowing everything that happened to her family, Jae In came to Seo residence in a heart full of anger. She confronted Chairman Seo to talked about what he had done to his father. Chairman Seo said the unfortunate event was actually his father’s own mistake. He talked bad things about Chairman Yoon. Jae In lost his patience and slapped him! She slapped him in front of Mrs. Seo, In Woo and In Cheol.

“I swear i will take revenge. I will make you and your family pay for what you have done to me and my family!”

I don’t know how Jae In would turn to be after that night. I was thinking of other characters in novels and movies, but then I remember Eugene’s character in “Baker King Kim Tak Gu”. The writer could make her changed 180 degrees, from a simple girl to be a full of revenge scary girl. I still can’t guess if they will make Jae In that way.
