For anticipated “Time Slip Doctor Jin” that released on May 26th, more stills revealed. Finally the Joseon couple show their intimacy. The genius brain-surgeon Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun) jumped into 1860’s and met the nobleman’s daughter, Hong Yeong Rae (Park Min Yeong). They both will fall in love with each other. This picture (above) is so romantic, with mellow expression, Yeong Rae back hugging Jin Hyuk.

Meanwhile, Hong Yeong Rae has a doppelganger or some kind of reincarnation on modern days, Yoo Mi Na (also Park Min Yeong), she’s Jin Hyuk’s colleague on hospital. These girls have pretty different personalities, but they have one common thing, they are involved in romance with the same person, Jin Hyuk.

As time traveler, Jin Hyuk has to adapt on traditional living, including  elaborated his modern medical knowledge with medical traditional method. On Joseon Jin Hyuk will get helped by Lee Ha Eung (Lee Beom Soo), actually he’s the royal family member , but as an artist his life really modest and free.

More character from “Time Slip Doctor Jin” revealed. Kim Jae Joong had to wear the hanbok for portraying Kim Kyung Tak officer. For his role, not only work hard for practicing martial arts, he also learned about traditional dialogue.

Quite different with his latest role on “Protect The Boss” as a lovely second guy, in here, he’s still as the second guy but her character more mature, manly, and will be more action scenes for him. Jae Joong is  really excited and serious about his role. On his first sageuk drama Jae Joong will team up with Song Seung Hun, maybe they both will perform as rivals.

“Time Slip Doctor Jin” will star airing on May 26th at MBC, and this drama will compete with Jang Dong Gun’s “Gentleman’s Dignity.” (SBS).

The hybrid modern-sageuk drama “Time slip Doctor Jin” has begin the fliming since mid April. For first shoot appeared the main characters Jin Hyuk (Song Seung Hun) and Yoo Mi Na (Park Min Yeong). The filming took place at university hospital at Gangwon.

For their characters on this medical drama, Song Seung Hun and Park Min Yeong were wearing the doctor uniform. As the the almost perfect doctor, Song Seung Hun looked so neat and flawless, while Park Min Yeong looked more mature and serious with longer hair and the doctor uniform. For Park Min Yeong, she will have double roles, the bright and cheerful doctor Yoo Mi Na, and as the classy lady, Hong Yeong Rae , at past time.

Jin Hyuk will be the time traveler doctor, he jumps to 1860’s. The genius  doctor will be struggling between modern medical technique and traditional.

Finally, Park Min Yeong grabbed the offer, she already confirmed to take the double roles on new time traveling drama “Time Slip dr.Jin” or “Doctor Jin”.

This time her duty is harder because she must portray two girls with very different personalities. At present days she will be the bright and energetic doctor, Yoo Mi Na, Jin’s colleague, then on Joseon time she will become the nobleman’s daughter,  Hong Yeong Rae. Now she officially becomes Lee Min Ho’s rival on the next drama war…

Although the project is under plagiarism issue with another up-coming drama “Faith”, “Time Slip Dr.Jin” keeps on schedule. The actors have confirmed. Besides Song Seung Hun and Kim Jae Joong, our adorkable ajeossi, Lee Beom Soo, also joined on the casts.

Song Seung Hun as the genius neurosurgeon will become time traveler doctor to late Joseon era, about 150 years ago. In that era he will learn about traditional medicine that he will combine with his modern medicine. Jaejoong as the swordman, Kim Kyung Tak, i still don’t know he will be the doctor’s rival or friend, because  I doubt, a doctor has a rival swordsman??? Meanwhile, Lee Beom Soo will be the one of the Joseon characters, but i hope he still shows his hilarious side.

Next they are looking for the actresses. Reportedly they are offering the roles for Park Min Yeong  and Kim So Yeon. Until now, they both still consider the offers. Actually this drama has tight schedule, for start airing on May 26th on MBC, they have to begin the filming this week.

If Park Min Yeong agrees to join this drama, she will take double roles, on present days she will be dr. Jin’s sister, then on Joseon era she will be a noble’s daughter, Hong Yeong Rae. While, Kim So Yeon will be the famous gisaeng on Joseon time, Chun Hong. This mysterious and mytical gisaeng has ability to look into the future, maybe she has a connection with dr.Jin time traveling matter.

I think it will be a little weird if  Park Min Yeong agrees to join this drama, because her ex-boyfriend, Lee Min Ho, will act on “Faith”. How could they put this ex-couple on this rivalry situation…so drama…

On February 20, reportedly that our hottest guy, Song Seung Hun, will come back soon on small screen. But it hasn’t confirmed yet, the source said that Song Seung Hun is still under reviewing the role as genius doctor on new  drama, “Time Slip Dr. Jin”.

This drama is based on 2009 manga (Japanese comic) titled “Jin”, actually the theme not too different with on going drama, about time traveler, like “Operation Proposal” or that will be airing on March “Rooftop Prince”.

If Song Seung Hun agrees to become leading man on this drama, he will be act as the perfectionist doctor, Jin Hyuk. He lives in present days (2012), as genius doctor he act little bit arrogant. He’s the youngest neuroseurgeon. But due to a mysterious power, he travels to late Joseon era about 1860’s. Likely besides to heal the people on that time he also want to heal his wound because of love.

“Time Slip Dr Jin” will be airing on cable tv, Channel A. and i think this drama is too fat, fantasy-medical-romantic-sageuk-drama….but no doubt Song Seung Hun still sharp and sexy as always…

On January 4th some more photos from “My Princess” were released, capturing Song Seung Heon in shower. Frankly, I wonder how important is the shower scene in the drama “My Princess”?  I don’t know what the real meaning of these photo release by the official of “My Princess” was. Perhaps it’s just part of the pre-aired promotion to attract more viewers for the drama. Or maybe this scene IS important for the story line.

Whatever the reason was, the marketing team has succeeded to attract many fans by releasing these hot pictures. I’m so sure to watch his six pack…oops…his drama I mean.

On January 3rd, the most anticipated MBC drama “My Princess” held a press conference. Attending the event were two leading roles, Kim Tae Hee and Song Seung Heon. They look like a royal couple, as Kim Tae Hee performing with tiara and Song Seung Heon looked like prince charming.
“My Princess” is a romantic comedy drama about an ordinary girl, Lee Seol (Kim Tae Hee) who is trapped within a “fake-princess” game with a chaebol, Park Hae Yeong (Song Seung Heon).
I think this drama is a transformation project for them, Kim Tae Hee and Song Seung Heon. They used to played on romantic or action dramas, now they try to appear lighter, brighter and cheerful on this drama. Even to make herself look splashy, Kim Tae Hee hypnotize herself as a SNSD’s member and often imitate their dance moves in the “Hoot” MV, a la Robin Hood style. a silly way, but I hope successfully.
“My Princess” will begin airing on January 5th. its time for the secret agent (IRIS) and the mob (The Invincible) to work together to create something funny and adorable. Good luck!
