He is the man, he proved his words. The 20 years old Yoo Seung Ho finally enlisted military service on March 5th in silent. There was no big ceremony, no journalist and no camera. He was accompanied by his family and the representative of his agency.

But for his fans, he spared the time before officially entered the camp to upload a farewell video on his fancafe “Talk To You”. He appears on video with military haircut, and said “I entered military on March 5th without telling you, through this video i’m greeting you all, i’ will return safely”.

The agency also made statement that the actor thought that everyone in military is equal, there’s no special treatment for celebrities or for him, so he decided entering the military quietly.

Okay, it means, there will be no more update of him from military???oooh..too bad, but i appreciate his will. So let him enjoys his military duty far from the spotlight. Goodbye and good luck, Yoo Seung Ho, please always be healthy and happy in the next two years…

Before he leaves us in the next two years for military service, Yoo Seung Ho made a breathtaking moment for Bazaar.

The pictorial took place in Hawaii, and maybe that photoshoot was also his vacation, because i think he deserves taking a break after “I Miss You” ended, since he worked really hard for the drama and now he’s ready to join military sooner than other actors.

For this pictorial, Yoo Seung Ho wears Gucci’s casual collection. He looks comfortable and natural while enjoying the beach. My favorite is the picture above, he looks gorgeous and charismatic on B/W picture.

On December 21st, through his agency, Yoo Seung Ho made shocking statement.  He decides to enter military service as soon as his current project “I Miss You” ends on early next year. The agency also added that during the military service the actor will become a purely private, not a celebrity private. There will be no expose for the sake of entertainment industry. Even Yoo Seung Ho wants to be placed on frontline.

Actually he is still a teenager, he’s only 19th (20 years old Korea), but his desire to join military is really strong. If other actors  delay their duty due to their crazy schedule, Yoo Seung Ho puts the military as his first priority. He has a strong commitment. Not only on dramas or movies, even on the real life sometimes i think he’s being mature too early.

Disappearing for two years maybe being part of his way to maintain his popularity or give his own break time to change his image as the boy to become the real guy. Okay my boy, i will let you for two years, and please comeback as the real (hot) guy…

On latest interview with actors from MBC’s current drama “I Miss You”, Yoo Seung Ho revealed how he adore his co-worker, Yoon Eun Hye.

At the mini press conference that was held on December 17th, the leading roles came, they are Yoon Eun Hye, Park Yoo Chun, and Yoo Seung Ho. When journalists asked Yoo Seung Ho about who’s the actress that he most enjoyed working together. He replied that Yoon Eun Hye-noona is very easy going person, he really enjoys working with her the most. He realized that this time his character, Hyung Joon (Harry) is really complex, and the hardest to understand, but he gives the best effort for portraying that character.

Meanwhile Yoon Eun Hye felt guilty to have a romantic line with Yoo Seung Ho because of their age gap, but because Yoo Seung Ho has an amazing acting, mostly she forgets that Yoo Seung Ho is nine years younger than her.

So far, you all really well work together, including Yoochun. But may i give a critic? just like Yoochun said, this drama has too  many tears…

After being our recent topic of discussion, finally Rizz and I decided to put Yoo Seung Ho on our hot guy list. This is because of his character on his current drama “I Miss You”, he plays as Harry, a cold and stiff guy with trouble past, he keeps the pain in his heart. The character makes him the new national buzz now, everyday i see articles surface talking everything about him. In this drama he’s only the second guy, but i think his charm beats off Park Yoo Chun’s (oops..so sorry for Yoochun’s fans).

He is known as the little So Ji Sub, and looking at photos above, i’m more convinced, his gaze and smile resembles  So Ji Sub indeed, but come on… he’s no longer a little boy.,he’s already grown up. So let’s release his image from So Ji Sub’s shadow. Yoo Seung Hoo is a-free-from-anyone-shadow mature guy who looks so hot lately… right??

After becoming a witty God on “Arang and Magistrate”, he’s transformed dramatically into the sorrowful Harry on this melodrama. His acting is brilliant, he’s only 19 years old but amazingly we can barely see the gap between him and Yoon Eun Hye, Yoo Seung Ho looks so mature here, and of course it’s also thanks to Yoon Eun Hye’s great acting.

For me, “I Miss You” is absolutely not my drama since the story is too gloomy and heavy for my seven years old brain, but seriously even sometimes  i don’t understand with the story i don’t mind to see this drama just to stare at Yoo Seung Ho’s flawless face. Recently he addressed as the CG guy by Korean public, because he looks so pretty and flawless on screen without any effect or photoshop.

Actually Harry is the loveable guy but the tragic past made him become a cold person, but thankfully there’s Joy (Yoon Eun Hye) beside him. I love how Harry treats Joy so sweet, and Yoo Seung Ho managed to show that feeling even sometimes only through his gaze.

Yoo Seung Ho is no longer the little So Ji Sub, look at these pics! you already grown up my boy…i cann’t believe you’re still only 19 years old.

On October 30, MBC’s most anticipated drama “I Miss You” (보고싶다) unveiled the stills of the second guy, Kang Hyun Jung.  After becoming the quirky god on “Arang and Magistrate”, for “I Miss You” Yoo Seung Ho has to portray the serious and gloomy person. Kang Hyun Jung is the half-brother of Han Jung Woo (played by Yoochun), he has a problem with his past. He keeps the self intention to get revenge for his pain. He even put his half-brother as his main rival, yeah…i bet something bad happened in their family. Beside the family problem, Lee Seo Yeon (Yoon Eun Hye) also become the girl who will they both fighting for.

With the foggy and rainy vibe, Yoo Seung Ho appeared so gloomy and emotional showing his dark character. I love his expression he showed on these pics, reflect the anger, revenge, hatred, sadness, and sorrow. but i think Kang Hyun Jung is not a bad person here, he just has a deep wound in his heart.

This melodrama is ready for airing on November 7th.

Finally Chun Jung Myung dropped the offer, because on October 22 it has been confirmed that the role as Kang Hyung Joon, the rival of Han Jung Woo (Park Yoo Chun), turned to the baby boy, Yoo Seung Ho.

Frankly, i still feel weird with this casts, triangle love between  Park Yoo Chun-Yoon Eun Hye-Yoo Seung Ho??? but actually it makes me more curious.. yeah i know Yoo Seung Ho looks too young if compared with Yoochun or Yoon Eun Hye, but he is getting mature through his characters on dramas or movies. With his serious image and his experience from “Warrior Baek Dong Soo” and paired with a much older co-actor in “Arang and the Magistrate” i think he will able to portray the mature antagonist role in this drama. Hyung Joon known as the cold-hearted person, and (of course) he also hides his painful life in the past, just like Han Jung Woo and Lee Soo Yeon.

After the slot for mini-series, “I Miss You” will begin airing at MBC on early November.

Shin Min Ah contributed on her recent drama “Arang And Magistrate” soundtrack. On this second part, she sings “Black Moon” (까만달), a very mellow song. This song is so beautiful, with her lovely voice Shin Min Ah sings quite well, but frankly sometimes i feel creepy every time i hear this song, especially when i recall her role on this drama, as a ghost.

Beside her song on the track list, there’s also song from Yoon Do Hyun, title “My Secret Dream” (나.비.꿈), as if for balancing Shin Min ah’s mellow song, “My Secret Dream” sounds more beat and dynamics.
