Well, in the past he has dressed like a drag for an event, exist a video! XD
My hypothesis is that he his real objective are not the korean girls but the japanese ones(I mean this girls have a huge fan club and expend a lot of money buying his stuffs and tickets for his concerts, what else an artist wants?).

The poor guy has been looking like a hooker for the last years, usually these artists have designer that tell them what to wear based on a concept, maybe his managers told him the concept is gay or manga trying to get young girls hearts but this has gone too far even if he´s acting a character and his real personality is different, he is giving a very gay image which is nothing wrong being gay, absolutely nothing wrong, just be sincere instead of a prince he is a drag queen so far
