Lee Jun Hyuk Becomes Uhm Tae Woong’s Rival on “The Equator Man”

After 2011 he’s bleeding to death on “City Hunter” finally this year Lee Jun Hyuk will comeback on small screen. He will join Uhm Tae Woong on “The Equator Man”, and it’s so nice, because he will be the bad guy here (oh yeah..i always love the bad guy  ). Lee Jun Hyuk will take role as Lee Jang Il, who will be betraying his bestfriend Kim Seon Woo (Uhm Tae Woong) for the sake of fame and wealthy.  Jang Il was born in a poor family. He’s really jealous with his bestfriend’s success. They are really good friends, but eventually become enemy.

Lee Jun Hyuk has to get rid off his good image on “City Hunter”, the lovely idealist prosecutor in this drama. Here he must transformed into a full of fake, greedy, and ambitious person. At the first time reading the script, he already fell for the story. For him this drama is very interesting, because this drama tells about love, desire, and revenge. (fuuuh…frankly, too heavy issues for me :? )

“The Equator Man”can be called as male version of 2008 drama “Women of The Sun” (Kim Ji Soo and Lee Ha Na). Their theme is not too different, about desire, and jealousy. So, the battle between Uhm Tae Woong and Lee Jun Hyuk will be broadcast on March 14th to  follow up “Wild Romance”.
