“Nice Guy” To Follow Up “Bridal Mask”

“Bridal Mask” will reach the final episode this week, and for replacing this heroic drama, KBS picked new melodrama story casted Song Jung Ki and Moon Cha Won, “Nice Guy” (차칸남자) or the long title “There’s No Such Thing  As Nice Guy” (세상 어디에도 없는 차칸남자).

“Nice Guy”has a quite gloomy story, so melodramatic and full of conflict and intrigue. It’s about a revenge. Kang Ma Ru (Song Jung Ki) was a really good boy. Then his life become so wild and ugly since his first love Han Jae Hee (Park Si Yeon) leave him for the wealthy guy.

After years trying to forget that shame, Kang Ma Ru meets Seo Eun Ki (Moon Chae Won), a chaebol’s daughter. At first she’s so cold and ruthless to Kang Ma Ru, but with his charm, Kang Ma Ru managed to touch her heart. And just in a short time Seo Eun Ki falls in love with him. BUT that is not the only point of this drama! Finally Kang Ma Ru knows that Seo Eun Ki’s step mother is Han Jae Hee, his first love who abandoned him for money. Apparently, Kang Ma Ru’s wound hasn’t healed, his bad side suddenly wake up and he starts making plan to get revenge.

What a heavy content drama! At least for me, i think i need more energy  to watch this emotional drama.  “Nice Guy” will run the first episode on September 12.
