“Man of Honor” Press Conference
Apparently KBS’s most anticipated drama “Man of Honor” is ready for first broadcast on October 12 because on October 5th they held a press conference for this romantic drama. This drama is from the “Baker King Kim Tak Gu” director and writer.
All of the casts came on that event, they are on spotlight, especially the leading actors, Cheon Jeong Myeong and Park Min Yeong, they both looks fresh and stunning. It seemed that Cheon Jeong Myeong had recovered from his injury during filming of “The Duo”, i wish, because as I know the injury could be fatal when someone fell from a horse.
Actually he’s still on a recovery process, but he challenged to take the role as a baseball player in this drama. Park Min Yeong also so excited for her role, she even didn’t take any rest after “City Hunter.”
Cheon Jeong Myeong plays as Yeong Kwang, an over-the hill-baseball-player who ended on hospital due to his injury and then meet Park Min Yeong’s role, Yoon Jae In, a cheerful and bubbly nurse. Meanwhile Lee Jang Wook will take a role as Yeong Kwang’ rival, they both compete on almost all aspects in life: career, love and many other things.
Since this is a second work from “Baker King Kim Tak Gu” creator, I think from story line, “Man of Honor” is not very much different. It tells about family matter, unfinished childhood business, and love triangle but unfortunately this drama will not be anything about cooking and baking breads 
And surely the creator also hopes this drama will be as successful as “Baker King Kim Tak Gu”.
This drama also featuring Lee Jin, a perfect lady who has one love side for Yeong Kwang, and then there will be Kim Seung Oh, Lee Moon Shik, Lee Yeon Joo, and others. This melodrama will be replacing a bloody-gloomy-ancient-love-story-drama “Princess’s Man” which ended this week.
