The King 2 Hearts Episode 2 Quick Summary

Prince Lee Jae Ha said he would do good, so Hang Ah let him go. Hang Ah help him up on his feet again with only one hand.

There’s a very wealthy man, John, facing his dying father. He’s crying, fakely. He said his father said sorry for giving him hard times, but John said his father had given him a very wonderful christmas gift. He recalled his childhood memory when he found this particular pen, and he used it to hurt another little boy. His father finally showed him his last will testament and he instantly made a call.
Meanwhile the King was asking Mr.Eun about someone living in US and talking about this particular Club M. The King looked worry about them. Back to John, he secretly ordered some mysterious people to kill his father. While his people doing so, his mind was going to a memory where someone, maybe him, writing something in a condensed glass window: I am the King.
John Lives in a very big house where everything is painted in white. After his father’s dead, he just couldn’t help his happines by screaming it out loud.

Lee Jae Ha didn’t hesitate to call his brother to tell him everything. He told the King about Hang Ah attacked him in the toilet and also about Mr.Eun’s son. But the King just couldn’t hear anymore of his brother’s complains. He thought Jae Ha was lying and even said sorry to Mr.Eun for hearing bad words about his son.
Having his brother “neglect” him, Jae Ha had no other choice but to face his reality. He’s very nervous to get into his room, not because his roomate would be a girl. But because his roomate would be Kim Hang Ah.
When he entered the room he saw Hang Ah was packing her back very in orderly, but he saw she’s packing some panties and he mumbled, “So she’s a woman, too.”
Jae Ha unpacked his things. He started to line up his collection of branded perfumes and lotions and gels. Hang Ah asked for a try in her innocent side of character, and Jae Ha thought it’s the best time to make a revenge.
Hang Ah was applying the cream to her face and said it feels a bit weird, and Jae Ha just said, “Ahh, I’m sorry it’s the shaving gel.”

Both squads had a meeting to prepare themself for the 3rd World Officers Championships.Kim Hang Ah turned out having a lot of knowledge about this WOC, while Jae Ha was just as indifferent as he always was.
But then suddenly, they’re attacked but an unkwon army in black. The six of them was still surprise and kind of had no idea what to do until the attacker killed the army officer. After that, the other five started to follow their instinct of fighting back, while Jae Ha was crawling towards the door to flee. However, the attacked turned out to be a fake. They have started their first training.
Jae Ha surprised everyone by stressing to everyone that he is “he”, apart from the word “us” in their dictionary. He drew that in the white board.He didn’t even feel sorry watching Eun running on the field as punishment.

Then it’s time for the squad to enter the North.Lee Jae Ha looked so worry, while the North team looked so excited about coming home. Kang Seok gave Jae Ha an old-style mobile for him to use during their stay in the North. But Jae Ha just put it aside.
Jae Ha even cluelessly spoke something that insulted Kang Seok. But Eun Shi Kyeong stepped forward to cover his prince.

Entering the camp, Jae Ha’s firstly made a comment about the lame interior of his room. A music sound from the field attracked him. He looked out from the window and saw another 5 people were listening to Kim Hang Ah’s performance. Hang Ah was singing the cheerful song in girly expression. When it’s the South team turn, the duet of Yeong Kyeong Ha and Eun sang a mellow song. Eun firstly just played the guitar and Yeom sang. But in the end, Eun showed off his good voice.
But suddenly he’s stop because his phone was ringing complaining and asking a non-important thing.

Jae Ha came out of his room and saw alluring pictures of girls in bikini. But it’s a trap by the North team. They set up a situation where JAe Ha thought they’re talking about some scary (threats) things that it made Jae Ha nervous.
Hang Ah even showed him some accupunture needles. Jae Ha finally asked Eun to stop punishing himself, under Hang Ah’s threat. Instead, Hang Ah made him excercise with her in full uniform, but not in the cold field. They exercise in the gym. And Eun came to give greeting and cheer his Prince.

In the South palace, the Queen Mother looked at the news about his younger son. The King was asking the North representative about Hang Ah, as she’s Jae Ha’s partner.

In the camp, Hang Ah got a phone call from an old friend. She isntantly looked very exciting and started being girly. She’s so excited about the date that she’s looking at her make up mirror. Jae Ha asked if he’s her boyfriend. Hang Ah said he’s a good old friend.
Hang Ah went into this dark place, but as soon as she stepped in, it was a surprise party. Her friends were there. At first the man was kneeling before her, proposing her to marry him. But it turned out to be just a joke. He’s practicing it to propose someone else. It insulted her so much and she went back in teary eyes.

Jae Ha was about to enjoy her nice food in the gym when Hang Ah came in putting a bad face. Hang Ah was starting a treadmill, but she fell and hurt her ankle. Jae Ha helped her, and Hang Ah started to cry and let out her emotion. Jae Ha told her to tell him everything and about the man who made her upset. They instantly became like friends. Jae Ha has a soft heart and actually very kind.
He patiently listened to her and gave her some advice. Hang Ah told him about her plans about meeting an understanding man and marriage.But Hang ah couldn’t stop talking about her ideal man even after they’re in their room.And when Jae Ha asked her why she took part in WOC, Hang Ah asked it’s because of the faction (North). Hang Ah said it’s for her to become a real woman. Jae Ha was surprised by her loyalty to her country.

Jae Ha told her sit closer. He said she’s also a woman. When he started to touch Hang Ah’s hand, Hang Ah just couldn’t handle her nervous and made Jae Ha gave up and left.

In the US, John was having a party to celebrate his new position as the new President of the M Enterprise. The strange thing was, John gave a speech in Korean, not English. It’s a bit weird because he’s raised in Us, by an English speaking father and his audience were all also western. Anyway, this John has the ability for magic performance.He’s kind of an illusionist with a wounded mind.
He raised up a coffin from the pool. The coffin was flying in the air. That coffin was creepy because it has three sharp knives that if the lid was closing, it’ll kill anyone sleeping in it. A little kid made a comment about his trick, and he asked the father to be the volunteer to get into the coffin. At first he didn’t let the lid to close and it brought people some tense. But then he let it slid close, and everyone was screaming. But the man disappeared.
Instead, John’s people brought him to another place. The mysterious girl started to torture him with a sharp iron.

Back in Jae Ha’s room. Hang Ah was so nervous knowing Jae Ha was in the shower. When Jae Ha came out, she covered herself with the blanket, but had a peak. And then suddenly, Jae Ha dropped his towel that it made Hang Ah more freaked out. She woke up and protested, “What do you you’re doing..?” But Jae Ha was actually in a full clothes. He just dropped the towel to dried his feet.
Jae Ha kind of knew what Hang Ah was thinking about, so he teased her. Jae Ha sat in Hang Ah’s bed and told her to just go to sleep by patting her shoulder. Hang Ah was about to shrug his hand away when Jae Ha caught her hand and made the tense stare.
“Kim Hang Ah, do you know why you keep having no boyfriend?” Hang Ah just speechless. “Because you’re too innocent (or pure?). Next time, just accept the man (if he’s about to hold her or kiss her).” Then Jae Ha continued on patting her shoulder to let her sleep, just like patting a kid to sleep. Then Jae Ha slowly leaned towards her…and kissed her neck!

No no, don’t get too excited that soon. It’s only Han Ah’s dream. She abruptly woke up by screaming, “Don’t do that! It’s too…too…” She found herself waking up alone in the morning.
Lee Jae Ha came in with doughnuts with him. Hang Ah asked him what did he do last night, Jae Ha said nothing. And when Jae Ha asked back what she thought he had done, Hang Ah just flustered and went out. But Jae Ha made the naughty smirk.
In the gym and in the cafetaria, everyone kept cheering her up or giving her advice about man and marriage. It turned out that Jae Ha had told everyone about Hang Ah’s last night story. Hang Ah was upset and straightly search for something in her suitcase. But Jae Ha showed her her needles’ box.
Apparently, later that night after Jae Ha made Hang Ah slept, he searched around for that suitcase and took the needles out and kept it. Hang Ah was so angry. He even teased her if what she imagined in the morning was about him giving her a kiss. “Ah, so it’s true?” Jae Ha got more excited. “Oh no, so you’re a real fool!” Then Jae Ha told her that towards her, he had no such a feeling at all. He said if there’s a feeling, someone could instantly feel the chemistry in the first touch. “But with you, there’s no such a feeling at all,” he stated it again.
He even touch her hand again and said there’s nothing like a hurt thump or something. Jae Ha succeed to insult Hang Ah and made her had teary eyes.Well, it’s actually Jae Ha’s way to teach HAng Ah. But in his last words, Jae Ha said, “why it could be like this? (there’s no feeling at all) Because you are not a woman.” Jae Ha was too much. Hang Ah’s tears fell down her cheeks.
