KBS New Drama “Good Doctor” Press Conference
KBS new Monday-Tuesday drama, “Good Doctor” (굿 닥터) held the press conference tonight, July 31. The main actors and actresses along with the PD attended the event which was held in Seoul St.Mary Hospital, Banpo-dong. This drama is ready for their first broadcast next week, Monday, August 5.

After “Shark,” this drama is definitely KBS non-sageuk most anticipated drama for this summer-fall seasons. Moon Chae Won is back to the small screen, once again on KBS. It seems like she tends to take one drama each year and it happens to be on KBS, and so far her previous two KBS dramas were so successful, “Princess’ Man” alongside Park Si Hoo and “Nice Guy” alongside Song Joong Ki. Through those dramas Moon Chae Won got her best actress awards, twice in a row, on KBS Drama Awards.
I think this drama is quite a big project for KBS in terms of the stars. They put into a duet their drama “aces,” Moon Chae Won and Joo Won. This couple is even called as “KBS agents (KBS 공무원)” because their names are big through KBS and KBS dramas they played at are always successful. Joo Won’s “Bridal Mask (Gaksital)” was huge that it took him months after to make children in Korea accept that the drama was over and he was no longer Kang To, the Gaksital hero. Joo Won’s previous drama was on MBC with Choi Kang Hee, “7th Grade Civil Servant.” It was okay, not really phenomenal. So I hope, we hope, his challenging character this time will be a great success again, as a Savant Syndrome but genius pediatric surgeon, Shi On.
What about Joo Sang Wook? Well, he just wrapped up his drama TEN and directly move to this project. In the press conference he made a confession that his tight schedule has made him quite stress that he even suffered from hair loss problem. But Joo Sang Wook has always been a hard worker and we just love seeing him with his cool face on the screen. And I think he’ll be just fine being Joo Won’s “rival.”
Are you “TEAM JOO WON” or “TEAM JOO SANG WOOK?” 
You can be in any team, but let’s hope for the best for this drama and of course support it as loyal fans.
